The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Классный риад! Дизайн внутри произведение искусства! Все прилично, чисто, гостиная вызывает восторг, номера тоже оформлены круто, санузел в порядке, никаких приколов и не приятных моментов не было. Менеджер отеля приветлив, поможет вам с вопросами и хорошо говорит по-английски (лучше пишите в вотсап). Хотите пожить в необычном, атмосферном и очень красивом месте, заселяйтесь без раздумий. Советую. Находится посреди медины, и придется немного поплутать в поисках, но это будет со всеми риадами внутри, тут либиринт) Кому-то в медине кажется грязновати, опасно, не понятно куда идти, но тут бояться нечего, и есть указатели на домах. Там же рынок и достопримечательности, почти все обходится пешком кроме смотровой площадки на верху города.

Das Hotel Sahrai ist ein privates und schönes Hotel außerhalb der Medina, eine gute Wahl für Reisende, die außerhalb der Hügel und Büste der alten Stadt wohnen wollen. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen waren hochwertig, obwohl die Frühstücksauswahl und die Esszimmerqualität verbessert werden könnten. Das Hotel sitzt auf einem Hügel und das Dach hat einen schönen Blick auf die alten Medina und jüdischen Viertel. Dies ist eine gute Wahl, wenn Sie eine Menge Gepäck haben, da Autos nicht erlaubt sind, Sie in Riads in der Medina zu fallen.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Eine Haltevorrichtung an der Badewanne zum ein bzw aussteigen in die Badewanne wäre vorteilhaft. Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Leider wurde am Stand der omelettfertigung an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen die Bestellung nicht wie gewünscht ausgeführt. An der Rezeption gab es hinsichtlich der Fernsehübertragung der Fußball- Europameisterschaft irritierende Auskünfte. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Klarheit gewünscht.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Wenn Sie in Fes bleiben, empfehle ich Ihnen hier zu bleiben. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, und das Hotel selbst als ein großes traditionelles marokkanisches Gefühl. Mohammed et al. machte uns sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist großartig, zu Fuß von Medina-Mazes entfernt. Brillante Aufenthalt und genossen Fes sehr.

Das WiFi-Bereich des Hotels ist besonders umfassend, ob im Zimmer, im Halle, im Restaurant oder im Korridor. Das WiFi-Signal ist sehr stark und es wird keine Verbindungsunterbrechung geben. Ich habe überall im Hotel getestet, die Netzgeschwindigkeit ist sehr stabil, Videos sind sehr stabil, Spiele spielen und Dateien herunterladen. Für Menschen, die jederzeit im Internet zugreifen müssen, ist ein solches umfassendes stabiles WLAN wirklich wichtig.
