來的時候正碰上古城封路，車開不進去。老闆主動聯繫我們，仔細説明瞭情況，並提前在路口等候，耐心指引我們步行到民宿，溝通非常及時、有禮貌。
民宿內部讓我們眼前一亮，打掃得一塵不染，非常乾淨，整體環境也很漂亮舒適。老闆還熱情地領我們去屋頂露台，介紹風景，並主動提出幫我們拍照，真的很貼心。
第二天早餐是亮點，簡單但美味可口，尤其是老闆做的煎蛋，很好吃。
最讓我們安心的是退房後的小插曲。我們不小心把信用卡和一些個人洗漱用品落在了房間裏，之後想起來返回尋找。老闆已經細心地將所有物品整理好，替我們妥善保管着，讓我們順利地取回。這種負責任的態度，讓人感覺特別靠譜。
總的來説，這是一次溝通順暢、住宿舒心、讓人很有安全感的體驗。老闆禮貌熱心，民宿乾淨整潔，細節處見用心。非常推薦！"

JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

GGastnutzerThe staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along.
However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej
Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

MmyasharUnser Aufenthalt im Marriott Fez war fantastisch. Wir verbrachten einen Urlaub mit Freunden und einer Gruppe von sieben Erwachsenen. Von Anfang an war die Gastfreundschaft großartig. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und achtete auf jedes Detail, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Am Anreisetag hatte einer unserer Freunde Geburtstag, und die Geschäftsführerin bereitete uns eine tolle Geburtstagsüberraschung.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Janan Palace.
Das Fes Marriott ist eine fantastische Option mit viel Angebot. Das Hotel verfügt über drei ausgezeichnete Restaurants, die jeweils ein einzigartiges kulinarisches Erlebnis bieten. Die Außenbereiche sind beeindruckend und verfügen über einen großen Swimmingpool.
Ein wunderschönes Hotel für ein paar Tage während Ihres Aufenthalts in Fes.

Eine Sorge besteht jedoch darin, dass das WLAN in Ihrem Zimmer schwach ist. Aber selbst wenn man diese Mängel entdeckt, ist es ein tolles Hotel.
