Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Der Pool auf dem Dach war etwas klein. Das Frühstück im Hotel sah sehr gut aus, ich habe es aber nicht genutzt.
Die Lage ist gut, Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank.

NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

TThe Busy Bee NotesIch habe mit einem Freund im Hotel KVL geblieben und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Riverside-Aussicht ist entspannt und schön, und das Frühstück war absolut lecker. Das Hotel wird sehr empfohlen!

LlskaoI booked 3 nights. The hotel is located near the Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the riverside where you can find many restaurants there. It takes another 10 minutes to walk to the night market. My room is luxury king size bed with balcony. It is clean, but the decoration is ordinary and not high class. For business stay it is satisfactory. Breakfast is not up to my expectation. Every day there are only three hot dishes, soup and you can order omlets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles, fried rice free of charge. Too few choices and i suggest you only book the room and not the breakfast. You better have your breakfast in nearby restaurants. Almost of the hotel guests are Westerners. I only saw a three Chinese guests on the last day of my stay. The room price is a little bit expensive given the quality of breakfast.

Das Management und die Sicherheit sind auf jeden Fall in Ordnung, und die Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Ich mag die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten des Hotels und den starken Parfümgeruch nicht . Es gibt Essen im Hotel, was sehr praktisch ist.

MM0MODie Lage ist perfekt für Sightseeing, Nachtleben und Ausflüge, da das Hotel direkt am Fluss und am Palast liegt.
Wir haben viele Franzosen gesehen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich. Das Café und der Pool auf dem Dach sind zwar nicht sehr groß, aber ideal, um den abendlichen Ausblick zu genießen. Mein Kind war begeistert. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders umfangreich, bietet aber Nudeln und Hühnchengerichte, sodass es trotzdem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet.
Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner tollen Lage und des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses wärmstens empfehlen.

Nicht alle Lampen im Zimmer funktionieren, vom Bett aus kann man kein Licht ausmachen.wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht zahlt man rund €8 für wirkliche basics für die örtlichen Verhältnisse viel zu teuer. Lage ist aber gut

Jjordanfrom jakarta indonesiaIni adalah hotel yang lokasinya paling mudah dicapai dengan bus no 3 (1500 riel/orang) dari dan ke international airport pnom penh. Bus stop ada tepat di depan night market yang hanya berjarak 100 meter ke hotel dan hanya butuh waktu 3 menit saja Lokasi Hotel tepat diseberang Riverside dan berjalan ke royal palace hanya 7-10 menit.
