Rooms were clean and spacious. They come with a small heater as well.Staff were really friendly. But the wifi was not working due to some issues. And the geyser was not working as well which was extremely inconvenient especially since I was travelling during December month. I called the reception regarding the same and they said it is centralised water heater and hence let the cold water flow out first. Even after buckets of water being thrown out, water was not even lukewarm. If hot water is essential for you, centralised heater does not work efficiently.

Starting from the location, the ark guesthouse is located in a neighborhood where restaurants, shops, public transport, etc is quite accessible. Its a safe choice as well as not too chaotic. The interiors are very pretty, and the guesthouse is quite aesthetic. Rooms are as clean as they could be. Aptly lit, and very airy. The staff is super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Excellent place for the cost they're charging.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und es ist direkt auf der Polizeibasar knapp 1 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist super schön und freundlich. Das Hotel wird ordnungsgemäß gepflegt und der Lebensmittel- und Zimmerservice ist unglaublich. Es empfiehlt sich, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie in der Nähe aller Schüsseln und Restaurants im Herzen des Cottages bleiben möchten.

As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.
