I have had the pleasure of staying at Tripura Castle, Shillong, more than 10 times over the years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay. The property is spread across more than 15 acres of beautifully maintained land surrounded by lush greenery and scenic hill terrain, providing a peaceful and refreshing experience every time. During my visits, I have stayed in almost all categories of rooms, and I have always found them comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The service quality has consistently been excellent. On a few occasions, I experienced minor issues, but what impressed me most was the hotel's prompt response. The concerns were either resolved immediately or corrective measures were taken to ensure that I never faced the same issue during my subsequent stays. A special mention goes to Ms. Bobby, the Customer Relations Executive. She is truly a fantastic professional with an exceptionally helpful and welcoming nature. Her dedication to guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile make every stay even more pleasant. She is undoubtedly a great asset to the hotel.
