I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Ich war kürzlich im JW Marriott Hotel Pune und hatte insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels beginnen, ihre Alter zu zeigen. Insbesondere die Möbel des Kaffeehauses könnten etwas Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Sofas schienen verbraucht und benötigt eine tiefe Reinigung, und ein paar Tische waren etwas schüchtern, was das Essen etwas unbehaglich machte. Während die Badezimmer sauber waren, schienen einige Einrichtungen Datum zu sein, was darauf hindeutet, dass das Hotel von einigen Renovierungen profitieren könnte, um seine hohen Standards zu erhalten. Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen waren der Service und die Einrichtungen des Hotels lobenswert. Mit einigen Updates zu den Möbeln und Einrichtungen kann die JW Marriott Pune weiterhin die luxuriöse Erfahrung bieten, die sie bekannt ist.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und die Zimmer waren gemütlich, obwohl es sicher Raum für Verbesserungen sowohl in den Unterkünften als auch in den Essenserfahrungen gibt. Die Verbesserung der Dekoration und der Ausstattung in den Zimmern, **** mit der Diversifizierung der Menüoptionen in den Restaurants, könnte die Gesamterfahrung erheblich erhöhen.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Wir lebten im Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala für 3 Nächte und ich möchte einen Moment nehmen, um das gesamte Personal wirklich zu schätzen. Sie waren alle sehr respektvoll, ödmjuk und verantwortlich. Herr Shiva war bei der Eincheckung sehr willkommen und sehr bequem. Baba Rao im Restaurant war immer in den Frühstücksstunden und wenn wir ihn den ganzen Tag sahen. Rahul und Sritham waren sehr freundlich und sehr freundlich und bedienten uns immer mit höchster Wärme. Die Hausmeisterinnen hatten immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht und waren schnell verfügbar. Das Eigentum ist klein (die wir ehrlich geliebt haben) und super schüchtern sauber und gut gepflegt. Angesichts der aktuellen Situation in unserem Land war das größte, was ich im Personal gesehen habe, wie sie jedem Gast trotz ihrer Kultur, Sprache oder Kleidung gleich behandelt und respektiert haben. Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort ein paar Tage verbringen. Ich werde sicher wieder zurückgehen, wenn sie diese guten Standards beibehalten.

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Geräte sind auch neu, nur die Leuchtstofflampe reagiert langsam, viele Male dachte ich, es war ein Gefühl für die Zimmerkarte, und das Ergebnis war, dass es in andere Etagen laufen ～ gutes Essen, aber keine Bacon ist das einzige Rest ～
