I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und die Zimmer waren gemütlich, obwohl es sicher Raum für Verbesserungen sowohl in den Unterkünften als auch in den Essenserfahrungen gibt. Die Verbesserung der Dekoration und der Ausstattung in den Zimmern, **** mit der Diversifizierung der Menüoptionen in den Restaurants, könnte die Gesamterfahrung erheblich erhöhen.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Wir lebten im Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala für 3 Nächte und ich möchte einen Moment nehmen, um das gesamte Personal wirklich zu schätzen. Sie waren alle sehr respektvoll, ödmjuk und verantwortlich. Herr Shiva war bei der Eincheckung sehr willkommen und sehr bequem. Baba Rao im Restaurant war immer in den Frühstücksstunden und wenn wir ihn den ganzen Tag sahen. Rahul und Sritham waren sehr freundlich und sehr freundlich und bedienten uns immer mit höchster Wärme. Die Hausmeisterinnen hatten immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht und waren schnell verfügbar. Das Eigentum ist klein (die wir ehrlich geliebt haben) und super schüchtern sauber und gut gepflegt. Angesichts der aktuellen Situation in unserem Land war das größte, was ich im Personal gesehen habe, wie sie jedem Gast trotz ihrer Kultur, Sprache oder Kleidung gleich behandelt und respektiert haben. Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort ein paar Tage verbringen. Ich werde sicher wieder zurückgehen, wenn sie diese guten Standards beibehalten.

Ich bat um Flughafen-Pick-up, aber das Hotel zu bestätigen war extrem schwierig – schlechte Kommunikation und niemand schien reagierend. Als ich endlich ankam, traf das Personal so kalt und unweltgefällig zusammen, was einen negativen Ton für den gesamten Aufenthalt setzte. Um die Dinge noch schlimmer zu machen, setzt das Hotel eine ”keine außerhalb von Lebensmitteln” streng durch. Dies fühlte sich unnötig restriktiv und ungünstig, vor allem wenn man als Gast eine grundlegende Flexibilität wollen. Insgesamt war der Service fehlt an Wärme, die Kommunikation war frustrierend und die Politik machte den Aufenthalt unbehaglich. Ich würde nicht hier noch einmal bleiben und kann es nicht anderen empfehlen, eine ungemütliche, freundliche Erfahrung zu suchen.
