The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. 1 Das Netz ist sehr scharf und kann es oft nicht halten. Zwei Zimmer sind alt und alt, viele Bücher, es ist nicht gut, in der Nacht zu ruhen. Die Umgebung ist gut draußen, aber was ist es? Sie schlafen nicht draußen. Er gehört zur Wanhoo Group, aber die Wanhoo-Mitglieder haben keine Rechte und Interessen, und es ist nicht klar, warum Wanhoo mit so alten Hotels zusammenarbeiten kann.

Frühstück gut, gutes Essen, gute Lage, aber eine Rezeption nicht hilfreich Drei Fragen. a) kann ich einen zusätzlichen Schlüssel haben, antworte ich kann' helfen. b) Sie können für mich ein Taxi anrufen, antworten kann ich nicht helfen. c) Sie können eine Restaurantreservierung machen, Antwort kann ich nicht helfen. Grundsätzlich wollen sie nicht auf der Front-Zähler helfen. Verhalten der jungen Rezeption , nicht interessiert, Kunden Bedürfnisse zu lösen.

Luxury Hotel with great location.Breakfast is superb.Vibe inside the resort is good.Rooftop restaurent is amazing in the night.Good for 1night stay with kids.Will surely revisit.

Room service & toiletoiers are up to mark. Resturant is little congested. Queen size Bed is comfortable for tall guy. Overall looks good since there are couple of option available in the Chakan area with medium budget.

Amazing everything

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

The stay was average as per the brand it could have be better as we had high expectations they did not provide sufficient dental kit and there were no branded tea used quality of food could have been better we had high expectations but it was all waste
