Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. Ich war kürzlich im JW Marriott Hotel Pune und hatte insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels beginnen, ihre Alter zu zeigen. Insbesondere die Möbel des Kaffeehauses könnten etwas Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Sofas schienen verbraucht und benötigt eine tiefe Reinigung, und ein paar Tische waren etwas schüchtern, was das Essen etwas unbehaglich machte. Während die Badezimmer sauber waren, schienen einige Einrichtungen Datum zu sein, was darauf hindeutet, dass das Hotel von einigen Renovierungen profitieren könnte, um seine hohen Standards zu erhalten. Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen waren der Service und die Einrichtungen des Hotels lobenswert. Mit einigen Updates zu den Möbeln und Einrichtungen kann die JW Marriott Pune weiterhin die luxuriöse Erfahrung bieten, die sie bekannt ist.

Sehr komfortable Zimmer mit hochwertigen Kissen und Blättern. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und hatte im Allgemeinen eine tolle Erfahrung.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt für 6 Nächte im Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. Eine besondere Erwähnung an Frau Rupal Navale, die aus ihrem Weg ging, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Einzelfall meines Aufenthalts perfekt war. Sie ließ sich persönlich ansehen, ob ich komfortabel war und ob ich was benötigte, was einen guten Service war. Sie schickte auch einen Geburtstagskuchen, als ich da war, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Ihre warme Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details machte meinen Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich komfortabel und erinnerebar.

Overall it's good, room is clean except that I have problem using power plug type G (UK) in the room (unable to plug in). Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel.

The stay was average as per the brand it could have be better as we had high expectations they did not provide sufficient dental kit and there were no branded tea used quality of food could have been better we had high expectations but it was all waste

Das Hotel bietet einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut gepflegt und mit allen wesentlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, um eine reibungslose Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Die Lage war bequem, mit leichtem Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen.
