I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead. I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.

Great experience, hotel location was perfect, morning breakfast was awesome with great spread of choices. Hotel gym is perfect with good spa options.

Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Das Hotel strahlt mit seiner atemberaubenden Lobby und dem freundlichen Personal vom ersten Moment an Luxus aus. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und boten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Arabische Meer. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten war beeindruckend, insbesondere das Buffet im Lotus Café, das eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten bot. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub und dennoch nah genug am Herzen von Mumbai für Geschäfts- oder Urlaubsreisen. Der Service war tadellos und das Personal tat sein Bestes, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Insgesamt war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ich kann das JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine Mischung aus Luxus, Komfort und hervorragendem Service sucht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it. On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety. However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest. While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.

Das wunderschönste und unglaubliche Hotel und Aufenthalt. Alles Personal direkt vom Eingang, um in den Desk, Porte, Sicherheit zu Hause zu halten waren alle ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Frühstücksoptionen waren immer sehr gut und reichhaltig, aber ich würde gern raten, früh zu gehen, um Kugeln zu vermeiden und außerhalb zu sitzen, wo ich den Service nicht sehr gut fand am einen Tag, wir außerhalb zu sitzen. Die Führung hat uns wirklich aus dem Weg geholfen, uns mit einigen Fragen, die wir hatten. Zimmer auf bestimmten Etagen sind sehr datei und können mit einigen Verbesserungen tun, aber sie wissen das bereits.

Neat and clean property with all facilities. Staff is very helpful and caring. Satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, food variety, bar, pool etc, all are good. Electric switch controller in room is latest technology and sometimes issues to operate if you are not used to it.

Great staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry. Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.

金曜日、土曜日と2泊した。1階がクラブで、20時くらいから26時くらいまでかなり爆音で音楽が響いていた。クラブ好きにはおすすめ。 インド門や各観光名所には近いため良いが、寝不足では辛い。 部屋の窓は鍵がない。容易に侵入可能。 バスルームはシャワーの水圧はほどほど、窓は完全に閉まらないタイプ、網戸がなく虫が入りやすい。 トイレットペーパーはない。歯ブラシはない。ボディーソープ、シャンプーはある。コンディショナーはない。 朝食は種類が豊富ではないが、まずくはない。 朝食会場はかなりわかりにくいところにある。 朝食会場スタッフはぶっきらぼうだが、気が効いて親切。 朝、部屋の入り口には新聞が置かれていた。 ホテル廊下や階段は比較的清掃されている。 PC作業デスクはあるが、椅子が高い。
