🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass Ankunft und Abreise unglaublich bequem. Die Zimmer waren beeindruckend geräumig, sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Alles fühlte sich frisch und gemütlich, und der moderne Zugang zum Aufzug machte es einfach, um zu bewegen, vor allem mit Gepäck. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die Lage in leichter Ankunft des Grotto und der Basilika, die unsere Besuche reibungslos und stressfrei gemacht. Es gibt auch viele tolle Orte zu essen in der Nähe, so dass Sie niemals fehlen von Essen Optionen. Das war wirklich die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sie waren willkommen, hilfreich und machten unseren Aufenthalt noch freundlicher. Insgesamt ist ein hervorragendes Hotel, das Komfort, Komfort und hervorragende Service bietet. Hoch empfohlen für jeden Besucher Lourdes!

The best was its location to the Sanctuary of Lourdes  ant its closeness to shops & restaurants. The room was a huge size for 2. Bed was comfortable, carpet needs freshen up with shampoo. Toilet was roomy very clean. Worst  - was no early check in consideration since there were no other customers checking in from 1200-1500h. Other five stars hotels were far more considerate  in my experience. I just sat on the sofa, very unwelcoming reception.  When you wanted to update on the news or watch drama no English channel.  Hotels should cater to costumers needs not personalized for a country. Very frustrating.  I might still recommend this place. There’s always a way for improvement.

Die Lady Rezeptionist war super freundlich und beherbergend, sie hat mich sogar so früh überprüft, danke ihr. Herr Miguel war der Empfänger so wunderschön, aber Herr Jan war der Empfänger etwas hart in seinen Antworten auf die Menschen und behandelte Gäste, wie sie dumm, sehr traurig, dass Infront von mir zu sehen. Das Zimmer ist schön und groß und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück kostet 10 Euro, die eine Vielzahl von Obst, Schweineschalen, Omelette, Hammer, Käse und andere Basisstufen umfasst, ist es jeden Tag gleich. Die Lage ist super wenige Minuten von der Lourdes Basilik entfernt, wodurch es ein großer Aufenthalt für diejenigen, die an St. Lourdes interessiert sind.

The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Grotto und Basilika, 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und hell. Das Personalbereich ist sehr hilfsbereit. Empfohlenes Hotel, wenn Sie in Lourdes bleiben möchten

Location wise is great 👍 just 4min walk from airport shuttle bus stop(right across Paradis Hotel) payable only by card €3 15min rides. Room cleanliness: we walk barefoot around the room and our feet turned black with dirt within seconds. Seems the floor isn’t cleaned for so long but the rest of toilets, beddings and kitchen utensils is clean and complete. Bed is comfy. Sadly, we had to cut short our stay 1night only and rush back home. Thanks goodness this place have lifts for disability/elderly person. 🤩
