My mother stayed in this hotel with unitalsi and shared a room with another person. Rooms were good, comfortable, lunch and dinners perfect, staff was excellent especially the waitresss with the glasses, the tall one, but at the check out my mother wanted to pay 3 extras meals i had ( this was comunicated always in advance) and the lady at the check out didn't even know that ( they were not even charged in the system). She asked 21 € per meal when it was supposed to be 18, at the end she also made an excuse, the typical to not use the POS and my mother had to pay cash (very smart, illegal and in black) and she didn't even give a receipt to my mother (not professional). My mother was shocked, that's not nice to take advantage of people forcing then to pay cash, POS are working and if by any chance you can't do it it's your responsability write a paper where you write you can't take credit card transactions. I can't believe this happened in Lourdes!!! Maybe now the reception lady took the 54€ and meals will never appear in the system as they should..it seems somebody should teach them how to work properly and not taking advantage of old guests.

The reception staff were very accommodating, although there was a problem with the lift. The girl offered us a choice of other room. She and her colleague were very helpful and helped us with our luggage as I was struggling with it. The guy at the reception went over and beyond to help us get around and advised us on places we could buy things. We ran out of bus fare and needed to get our currency changed. But he was very kind and offered us the change for our bus fares which we then returned after we got back to the hotel from our journey. Great staff . Very helpful. And this makes a lot of difference. Great location. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the lovely staff who made a difference!

Dieses Hotel ist 100% empfehlenswert für Ihren Aufenthalt in Lourdes, super saubere und großzügige Zimmer, sowohl das Rezeption- als auch das Restaurantpersonal mit ausgezeichneter Kundenbehandlung und das Essen ist sehr gut in Buffet- und Sehr gute Qualität. Zweifellos wiederholen. Vielen Dank für alle Mitarbeiter des Hotel Alliance.

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

Der Wohnort befindet sich (sehr gut) entlang des Flusses Gave de Pau und gegenüber dem sehr großen GRATIS Parkplatz der Stadt. Parken Sie dort während Ihrer gesamten Aufenthalt und erreichen Sie ruhig das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut renoviert und umfasst 5 Etagen mit Aufzug. Die Rezeption ist im ersten Stock, aber ein Aufzug für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist ab dem Fußboden erhältlich Die junge Rezeptionist ist sehr kompetent und effizient. Die Wohnungen sind groß, gut konzipiert und komfortabel.

Erst seit zwei Tagen nach Lourdes mit Freunden zurückgekommen und in diesem guten Hotel geblieben sind günstige Seiten Kühlschrank und Matratzen sehr bequem Personal - wirklich verfügbar und freundlich Lage.. nahe dem Heiligtum Gute Reinigung Negative Seiten Frühstück so.. gute Brioches sowie Käse .. diskrete Salum Getränke entscheidend zu verbessern.. Kappen, leider unzugänglich Kaffee und Saft, die von den Versorgungsunternehmen ohne Hunger und ohne Lob angeboten werden.. zu wasserdicht. Ich fand sowohl flache als auch nicht sehr saubere Lagerung Leider ist es nicht einfach, hinter immer sehr viele Pilgergruppen zu sein, und so verstehe ich die Schwierigkeiten, aber als einzelner Pilger wartete ich vielleicht etwas anderes falsch. Trotzdem würde ich zurückkommen, weil die Position ist großartig

There was a literal brown sht trace in one of the beds the attendance was the worst one I’ve ever gotten, I’m ashamed to have chosen this as my hotel and receiving such a miserable experience from it. I went with my family (with elders and children) for one night, at the reception there was a lady (She had long braided hair and dark skin -just in case the hotel sees this so they know what type of staff they are working with), we were leaving to Paris at 7am on train the morning after so we asked her if it was possible for her to reserve a cab for the morning so that we could go to the train station, to which she said she would do, then we asked her about the breakfast and she said it was going to be set up at 6 am (since the train station was very far away and we needed time to shower, eat and then leave in the cab). The morning we were leaving we arrived at the reception at 5:45 am, there was no breakfast served and no one there, there was a sign that said “If absent at night call *cell number*”, however, we called it multiple times and no one replied. We waited for the cab, around 45 minutes had gone by and the cab never arrived to pick us up. We had 7 suitcases and as I said, two elders and two children. Since apparently there weren’t going to be any more trains that day we looked up how far the train station was (over 25 minutes) and were technically given no other choice but to walk (the elder of over 70 had to carry two suitcases since the little child couldn’t bare with one and barely had any force to move it, the other elder has back and knee problems and still had to go through numerous steep roads and streets carrying a suitcase, in one part I had to stop and sit in the plain street because I felt toile throwing up, but since I hadn’t eaten anything because of the unbelievable bad attention that woman gave us then there was nothing to throw up). I’m just telling you how rough it all was for us just because the lady at the reception couldn’t care less about calling us a cab or arranging the breakfast she said she would arrange (to which we had already paid for before hand. We paid 6 breakfasts just for nothing, unbelievable!). We’ll try to contact the hotel and demand a refund for this horrible experience, they should look more into their staff before hiring them, it’s incredible how one single person can cause all this just because they don’t want to do their job right. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, most unpleasant experience ever.

Sehr willkommen, gemütlich und schön mit Blick auf einen Fluss aus meinem Zimmer. Personal war außergewöhnlich, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich bat um eine Verselotage um Mitternacht für meine Verpackung zu verwenden, Personal ging über mich nur zu bewohnen. Auch gut zu erwähnen, war ich überrascht, als zwei schöne Mitarbeiter mir bei der Eincheckung sagten, dass meine Buchung mit einem Frühstück kommt, dachte ich, sie haben gerade einen Fehler gemacht und so ich klargestellt, dass ich nicht das Frühstück einbezogen, da ich die meisten meiner Zeit außerhalb verbringen werde und ich hatte einen frühen Flug nach Paris, aber sie bestanden und gingen über die Spitze und sagten: „Sie können einen Sandwich machen oder ein leichtes Frühstück mit Früchten für mich packen“, erstaunliche und hervorragende Service, tatsächlich. Große Lage, in der Nähe der Kathedrale, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Alles war perfekt, würde ich sicher zurückkommen und empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und etwa 1.1km vom Grotto (10-12 mins walk) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr willkommen, insbesondere Chris, Thiago und Fatima. Es wäre schön, als Accor-Mitglied willkommen zu sein. Chris war super freundlich und schlug Dinge zu tun und zu sehen. Frühstück jeden Morgen war angemessen und tat den Job. Es besteht aus Krusten, Pfeffern, Kuchen, Joghurt, kalten Schnitt, Käse, Marmalade etc mit frischem Kaffee und auch Auswahl an Kaffee. Das Frühstück ist kontinentaler, so warten Sie nicht auf ein volles gefülltes Frühstück (Sie zahlen, was Sie erhalten) Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Die Zimmer haben internationale Reiseplug angeschlossen; sehr handig. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag serviert, es war platzlos ( dank einer wunderbaren Hausbetreuungsteam). Es wäre gut, einen Kaffee/Tee/Kettle im Zimmer zu sehen, um leicht zugänglich zu sein. Das Bett war super komfortabel und hatte einen guten Schlaf den Rest der 2 Nächte, die erste Nacht des Schlafes war miserabel (die Türen schlafen, die Wände sind dünn, so können Sie die Kommunikation hören und in den anderen Zimmern sagen, Kinder schreien bis 1am). Das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, ich konnte nicht einmal um ein Zimmer bewegen, die Zeit der Nacht.Da ich die meisten Zeiten war, war es mir nicht viel stört, aber jemand, der Schlafprobleme hat, könnte manchmal etwas lauter sein. Fragen Sie ein Zimmer im Rücken (wenn Sie vielleicht auf 530am mit Lärm von den Küchenfans aufwachen können). Es gibt keine Nahrung auf der Website, so dass wenn Sie ein Bit zu fangen, nehmen Sie Ihre beste Wette (es gibt einen Chipper über die Straße und einen Kebab Platz). Die gepflegten Mahlzeiten sind bereit zu essen und benötigen eine Mikrowelle, um sie zu erwärmen (nicht etwas, was ich in einem Accor-Marke hart ibis sehen möchte ist ein mittleres Hotel). Ich wurde von dem Personal am Desk über diese neue Politik informiert. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung und empfehle das ibis Lourdes Hotel für einen kurzen Besuch.
