AAnonymer Benutzer到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，衹有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悦該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

GGastnutzerThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

NNgMoonIch war zunächst besorgniserregend über den Aufenthalt in einem ”alten” Hotel, aber meine Sorgen kamen zu Ruhe. Es war ähnlich einem Cottage-Thema mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und angemessenen Einrichtungen. Personal war immer sehr freundlich, Wir begrüßen uns, wenn wir das Hotel verlassen und zurückkehren, und reagieren unverzüglich auf unsere Hausaufbewahrungsanfragen. 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, gibt es einen Park mit einem ruhigen Fluss, ein toller Ort zum Ruhen und von der berufsmäßigen Stadtleben zurück. Der nächste Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ein 30-45 Minuten Autofahrt nach der Stadt. Einige Nebenanlagen, es gibt neben dem im Hotel keine nebenangelegenen Restaurants und keine nebenangelegenen Supermärkte. Die Werkzeuge wurden nicht im Zimmer angeboten, so bereit zu sein, Ihre eigene Satte. Hotellifts scheinen ein wenig ausgeschaltet, aber hatten nicht unterbrochen während meines Aufenthalts. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt angesichts der ruhigen Umgebung und erstaunlichen Service. Ich würde in Zukunft zurückkehren bedenken

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hat keine speziellen Bereiche für das Essen, und zu sitzen und genießen ein Essen. Das Bett und Frühstücksgeschäft hätte bedeuten, von und/oder in einem angrenzenden kleinen Kaffeegeschäft zu essen - also keine netten Frühstücksbuffets oder sehr begrenzte Frühstücksmenü. Die Webseite bildet die Vaults, sieht erstaunlich online aus, aber in Wirklichkeit wurde der Vault als Speicherraum kluttert. Das Zimmer (3210) war müde, gekrackte Fliesen im Badezimmer, schmutzige Fenster, sehr grundlegende Kleiderschrank (2 Platten/Bowls) und Schnittschrank (2 von jedem - Messer/Folge/Spon) - machte die Küchenzeile schwer, um die vollen Nutzen zu machen. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war schmutzig, so nicht verwendet. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich und Bad altmodisch mit alter weißer Dusche, schmutzig braun/cream Stein Fliesen mit gegrannte Schmutz. Die Werbung online zeigt das Hotel als eine moderne interessante alte Bank/Vault, die war, warum wir reserviert haben - in der Tat ist es alt und müde in den meisten Orten - einschließlich der Aufzüge, die alt dunkeles Holz gekratzt sind. Der Spa oder Fitness ist begrenzt. Auf einem Plus-Note war das Hotel eine tolle Lage zu sehen Toronto. Würden wir noch einmal dort bleiben... Es tut mir leid, zu sagen... nein.

LLivyC75The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options.
Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

GGastnutzerWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

YyspppppppDas Raumklima ist sehr gut, das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Waschbecken ist sehr groß und es gibt eine Badewanne und eine Dusche im Badezimmer. Die Landschaft rund um das Hotel ist angenehm. Vom Balkon aus kann man die Skyline von DT in der Ferne sehen. Es kann an der Struktur des Hotels liegen, dass die Länge des Bettes kürzer ist als das Standard-Kingsize-Bett. Das Einzige, was mich unzufrieden macht, ist, dass das Hotel, wenn die Check-out-Zeit naht, die laute zentrale Klimaanlage einschaltet, die zu anderen Zeiten nie eingeschaltet wurde, wahrscheinlich um die Kunden zu wecken, und sie auch anruft, um sie daran zu erinnern pünktlich auszuchecken 😭 Das habe ich noch nie in einem kanadischen Hotel erlebt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es ziemlich nervig.
