Rooms with minibar as well as tea, coffee, water from the house. The villa has about 6-7 parking spaces but there is the possibility of parking on the street or in the parking lot arranged nearby .

Fantastisch gelegenes Hotel mitten im historischen Zentrum von Brasov. Sehr viele Restaurants direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Das hauseigene Restaurant „Wagner Loft“ kann direkt über das Hotel erreicht werden. Receptionist waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar. Ein Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsituation. Diese sind ca. 5 min zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt und es gibt für das Hotel nur eine gewisse Anzahl an Stellplätzen. Diese werden nach dem first come first serve Prinzip vergeben.

We absolutely loved the location, safe and within minutes of the city center. One of the front desk staff (a lovely woman with glasses) stood out to us as exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The same warmth and kindness was also shown by one of the breakfast staff, who started our day with a smile. The room was enormous—perfectly accommodating 3-4 as well as luggage. As for areas of improvement—the rugs could be darker or replaced, as they had some markings. Housekeeping was efficient—quick and in and out. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, and the pillows were not ideal. The A/C was somewhat noisy. One night, the ceiling unexpectedly started leaking. Handling of such situations in Romania seems different—there was no compensation or mention of potentially switching rooms. Instead, we were informed by the young man that it could happen again, which was not very reassuring.

Our stay was a mixed bag: an impressive façade and spacious accommodations but significant shortcomings in facility management and staff conduct. We booked a premium suite to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughters amid the picturesque mountain scenery. We were initially impressed, but issues soon became apparent. Inoperative in-suite sauna, a defective window, an unstable chair armrest, tired old mattresses, no plug near the coffee maker are examples in our suite. Despite assurances of repair from reception staff, the sauna was never fixed, and staff were dismissive when inquired about. Cristina at reception was particularly discourteous and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet fell short of expectations: inadequate replenishment of food and beverage items, cold eggs, and uncleaned tables. The swimming pool area, though aesthetically pleasing, posed safety hazards due to slippery floors. Inflatable toys for kids were all pierced and unusable. We observed kitchenware being soaked in the hotel pond while returning to the hotel at night -＞ a potential food safety issue? When trying to discuss the issues with the manager on duty at check-out, we were told (by Cristina) that there was none that day. If true, that might explain the operational deficiencies. Inconsistent service quality and neglect of maintenance indicate a disregard for customer satisfaction and operational standards. Improvements in management and infrastructure would be needed to align with expectations of discerning travellers. Overall, an unpleasant 'aftertaste' outweighs the positive aspects of our stay. We'll only consider coming back to this establishment if big changes are implemented.
