Hotel Capitol

I have stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting family and friends in Brasov and exploring the area. The location is great, right in the centre of Brasov, within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. Although parking isn’t available, Uber is a great option if you don’t have a car. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable, with a large balcony with 2 chairs. It would be very nice to have breakfast there in the morning in the summer. Customer service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and welcoming in all areas. Good wifi. Breakfast is very good, many options for all tastes and a la carte options. Sitting area available outside, weather permitting. Very good teas and cocktails at the bar in the lobby. Cons: too many families with small children and even babies in the breakfast area. I thought this is a business style hotel, however the restaurant looked like a child friendly resort during breakfast - screams, cries and unsupervised children running all over can be a bit disturbing, considering the restaurant is not set up to allow this. Perhaps a child friendly area would be a good idea.

there is no parking there, you need to park somewhere 850 meters and pay extra. alos, internet connection is not easy to access. otherwisem breakfast ias very good, room is cleand and confortable, thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, e.g. in arranging airport transfers. Our room fully met the standard one would expect from the Radisson brand. The hotel is in an excellent location for Brasov old town, and is a short taxi ride from the station.
