French Quarter Resort

My husband and I recently stayed on the top floor of Building 4 and were very happy with our accommodation. The unit was spotlessly clean, well maintained, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The small and large appliances, including a washer/dryer combination, appeared to be new, were easy to use and worked well. The resort was located in a beautifully treed area of Branson, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough for convenience.

We stayed for a week in a 2-bedroom condo in building 5. Other than the mattress in the Master Bedroom needing replaced everything was excellent. Plenty of room, excellent layout of the condo and nice outdoor areas. Pool was not open during our visit but it looked really nice.

We had a ball,loved the unit, furniture could b updated but that's ok...very clean and quiet place to stay. No complaints from our side. We will definitely be returning for another 7 days but I'm sure it will be somewhere else

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Check in was friendly and quick, the unit was very nice and clean with good sized rooms, and very central to the things we had planned to do. Highly recommend it.

I booked a 2 bedroom condo during a weekend in mid August for a bachelorette party of 8 women. The check-in process was easy and staff was very friendly. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities and grounds. Pool facilities were great. One thing I noticed upon entering my unit was a dirty washcloth had been left on the counter, probably from previous cleaning. Not a huge deal, but kinda gross and shows lack of attention to detail. Overlooking this, however, the unit was very spacious and otherwise clean and was a wonderful space for our group, included two king sized beds, a loft with two twins, and a pullout sofa-- and three full bathrooms, the master contained a jacuzzi. The biggest issue I had was an unfortunate situation on our first night. Two of our party members had to sleep on the pullout sofa and when we went to put sheets on the mattress, the only linens left in the closet that we could find was a duvet cover and two pillows-- no pillow cases, fitted sheets or sheets included. It was very late into the night when we discovered this, and there was no one at the front desk to help get me linens. I had to call a night line number, and someone answered from another resort and informed me I'd have to drive four minutes to this other resort and he could get me the linens there (this was at 2 AM after having a few drinks--it was a bachelorette weekend after all, and I was exhausted). He gave me an address, and when I plugged it into my GPS would not take me to the right location. Lost, and in tears at this point, I eventually had to call the number again and the kind man (his name was Trevon) offered to find me where I was and bring the linens out to me. Other than this unfortunate incident I do believe this was a nice resort and would stay here again. The staff was kind and accommodating and allowed for us a later checkout. But make sure you have everything you need for the night because there is not a 24/7 on-site staff to help if you need something at night!

Do not go here! Rented 4 units for a family reunion and it was the worst we've stayed at.We were embarrassed our families had to stay here! The One bedrooms were extremely small and very dark. The one closet in the entire place was only 2 ft. wide. No room in bedroom to store suitcases so had to go into small living room. Uncomfortable queen bed and very outdated, stained furniture. Two bedrooms were nice size with king beds, but no door on the master bath bothered some. Furniture also outdated, saggy and stained. One bedrooms had a deep tub you needed to step into for the shower. It was very slippery. The extra set of towels provided in one unit were under the vanity with the toilet plunger on them. Needless to say we didn't use them! Two of the four units we rented had ants and one had mold in the coffee pot.

This was a great location - centrally located to many of the things to do in Branson. We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and mostly in working order. Just one clock that did not work. We believe the staff would have replaced it had we asked.

This resort is beautiful and well maintained. We vacationed with some friends and they couldn’t stop praising the location and the size of the unit. We were in a 2 bedroom in building 4 on the bottom floor. My husband recently injured himself so the unit was a special bonus for us. They have elevators too but I was glad to be on the bottom floor. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We had car trouble and the maintenance guy offered to help. He was busy but took the time to stop and check on us.

Enjoyed the area and shows. Resort was very nice except for poor internet connection and our unit was almost below grade so very little view. Resort was clean and well kept as the unit was also. Check in was fast and easy.
