Die Hotellobby ist wunderschön! Das Personal an der Rezeption war unglaublich. Wir bekamen ein „Upgrade“ auf eine King Suite. Das gesamte „erste Stockwerk“ (eine Etage über der Lobby) ist sehr dunkel. Das Zimmer war groß, aber nicht sauber. Der Teppich im Flur und im Zimmer war schmutzig. Das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und es gab keine Seife. Ich musste eine Zimmermädchen aufsuchen, um nach Seife, Shampoo usw. zu fragen. Ich glaube, weil wir über einen Drittanbieter gebucht haben, bekommen wir die schlechtesten Zimmer. Es hat mich an den Film Titanic erinnert – wir waren im Zwischendeck des Hotels oder im ältesten – wahrscheinlich *******-Teil des Hotels. Trotzdem: Tolle Lage!! Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Landmark hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel exterior and lobby and restaurant interiors were excellent. The room decor was a let down and the hotel management should consider reviewing and upgrading that to match the hotel .

I loved the beautiful architecture and cleanliness of the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here a million times over!!!

The hotel is a classic beach, the staff friendly with impeccable service attitudes! Door man was wonderful offering us directions and quaint conversation as we waited for our car. Oak Long Bar is classy and has great cocktails.

You cannot imagine how special they made you feel, Michael and John at the door were amazing, they remembered our names, always asked what we had done that day, Amanda at the front desk was extraordinary, very thorough with our check in and also remembered our name when we passed . Rooms were super clean

The room 145 looked old, air conditioning system was loud and cranky. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and I can hear everybody walking and talking in the hallway all through the night. I don’t think the experience in that room was worth the money we paid.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The location is amazing, an easy stroll to Copley Place, Newbury St. or the T to go into "Downtown". Really great, we will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms were really nice and clean. The hotel had a great classic feel to it. Would highly recommend!!
