エレベーター無しの4階で、部屋も思った以上に狭くてカビ臭かったです。
立地の割に安いのは良いのですが、次からは少し高くてももっと良いところに泊まろうと思いました。

I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to transportation and how safe it was to walk at night. I took the Logan express to get here and back to the airport. Best decision.

Very nice place. Plenty of space for me and my girlfriend. Clean and quiet. The hotel is in a good spot of the city, we were able to walk to most places, or take the subway at the nearby station. I thought that the shared bathroom would be an issue, but we had no problem sharing with the other people on our floor, could hardly even tell that anyone else was there with us. Would recommend.

The room is tiny, but has everything you need. Very clean and comfy. The bathroom has good shower and was not busy. The location is central and only 5 min to different lines of subway. Thanks!

I thought this was a great value compared to other places in the area. It’s a shared bathroom. But the space was clean and nicely furnished. I was on the 4th floor facing the highway but noise didn’t bother me with the in room AC on. Only suggestion would be a hairdryer and some extra paper towels. It is a narrow crooked staircase up 3 flights. Probably wouldn’t work for a lot of people who need more amenities. But worked great for me.

Excellent area for the price. Room could have been cleaned a little better (especially dirt and dust on the floors) but I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Not every floor has a sink or a toilet so be prepared to walk up or down a flight of stairs for access. Some toilets don't have sinks so you'll need to take the stairs for that as well. Best thing I did was take a pair of flip flops and a light bathrobe.
Despite the size of the room, there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee!), iron, AC/heater and one more item I can't remember because I didn't use it...

Price is comparably affordable, and you do have to share the bathroom with other units. Other than the carpet, it is clean enough. Location is superb as it is right between Arlington St. Station and Back Bay Station, so it is very easy for you to go to all the popular places.
