Levantin is in Bulabog Beach known for the beautiful Boracay sunrise and of course the kite surfing and other water activities. Being lockdown and stranded in Boracay while Manila is in ECQ , having my ticket rebooked twice, I would have been so stressed but my solo trip has been an amazing experience thank you to Levantin Hotel. The management and staff made me feel that Levantin is my home away from home. Nothing to worry with being solo as they embrace me like family. The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you a tropical ambiance. My room , C2, has the perfect view of the garden and the beach. The room is spacious that i was able to request for a table where i can do my work. The restau bar gave me my everyday meals that is affordable and so delicious. We can also request the kitchen to cook for us the fresh catch of the day, from the fisherman goinh around Bulabog. The wifi /internet is so good I didnt need to use my Globe Prepaid wifi. The hotel gave a sense of comfort and security. Working from the Beach is best a Levantin. Highly recommended!

Das Henann Lagoon Hotel war extrem sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Als Gruppe von drei Freunden wurden wir zunächst gebeten, eine etwas unangemessene Anzahlung für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt von 6.000 Pesos pro Person (2.000 pro Nacht) zu leisten, die wir aber herunterhandeln konnten. Der Poolbereich war geräumig und ruhig, mit einem ausgezeichneten Poolbar-Service. Die Lage war nur ein paar Straßen vom Meer entfernt – was ideal gewesen wäre – aber nur etwa 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Würde es Freunden und Paaren für einen privaten und erholsamen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Mein Aufenthalt im Henann Palm Beach Resort war ein malerischer Kurzurlaub, dessen atemberaubende Lage am Strand atemberaubende Ausblicke bietet. Das Resort befindet sich in bester Lage und bietet einfachen Zugang zum Strand und zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Service war außergewöhnlich, das aufmerksame Personal kümmerte sich um alle Wünsche. Mein Erlebnis wurde jedoch durch die Anwesenheit von Ameisen im ganzen Zimmer getrübt, was meinen ansonsten angenehmen Aufenthalt trübte. Trotz dieses Problems war das Gesamterlebnis positiv, dank der Schönheit des Resorts, der günstigen Lage und dem hervorragenden Service.

Diesmal habe ich mich für ein Zimmer im Strandflügel entschieden. Ehrlich gesagt lohnt sich der Strandflügel nicht. Wenn man nicht im 4. Stock ist, kann man den Strand überhaupt nicht sehen. Es fühlt sich an, als würde der Händler ein Wortspiel spielen. Strandflügel bedeutet nicht Strandblick. Also Freunde, die Meerblickphantasien haben, halten Sie bitte inne und wählen Sie ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer im ersten Stock haben einen direkten Zugang zum Schwimmbad, aber ich persönlich halte das für nutzlos, daher sind die Zimmer im Ostflügel möglicherweise kostengünstiger. Das größte Highlight dieses Hotels ist das Restaurant, das mit dem Strand verbunden ist. Nach dem Frühstück kann man sich einfach ins Meer stürzen und schnorcheln gehen. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr reichhaltig. Für alle Kinder, die das Zimmer betreten, fällt eine zusätzliche Gebühr an. Zustellbetten sind verfügbar. Die Gebühr beinhaltet das Frühstück, es handelt sich also um ein gutes Angebot. Sie können im Voraus eine E-Mail schreiben und die Rezeption um Hilfe bei der Zubereitung bitten. Nehmen Sie den Tuk-Tuk-Bus vor dem Hotel nach Dmall. Er kostet 100 Pesos für eine große Gruppe. Denken Sie daran, zu verhandeln. Mein Name ist Onkel Lei Feng.

Mein dritter Besuch in Boracay, mein erstes Besuch war in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, aber es war zu weit, zweite Mal, wir blieben in Villa De Oro, und für meine dritte Zeit, wir blieben hier in La Carmela. Unser Aufenthalt hier in La Carmela war eine Klemmesentscheidung, aber eine wirklich erinnerebare. Wir feiern das Neujahr 2022 in La Carmela. Wir blieben dort für 9 Nächte. Aber ich muss sagen, einige Mitarbeiter sind nicht so engagiert und leidenschaftlich für das, was sie tun, außer für das Sicherheitspersonal, das alle sehr gut zugekommen waren. Ich selbst, ich bin ein Frontbüroagent, kann ich nicht einmal die Ehrlichkeit mit dem Dienst, den sie bieten. Ich war eigentlich sehr auf La Carmela zu warten, da Herr Boy Abunda immer diesen Resort während all seiner Shows gefördert hat, zusätzlich zu diesem, so viele Berühmtheiten und sogar Einflussnehmer haben in La Carmela geblieben und scheinen ihre Dienstleistungen zu mögen. Aber, für meine Bedauern, all meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, leider. Essen ist durchschnittlich, unser tägliches Frühstück war immer gefroren serviert, Pool ist massiv und schön, die Lage ist preiswert, da es nahe dem Strand und nur nahe allem anderen wo. Ich wünschte, sie könnten ihre Dienste, einschließlich persönlicher Dienste für ihre Gäste, verbessern, vor allem, weil es bereits viele Hotels, die als ihre Wettbewerber boomen. Ich weiß, La Carmela ist schon seit vielen Jahren da, also warum nicht ihr Erbe zu einem guten. Insgesamt war unser Zimmer ok, wir warten so lange auf unsere MUR, plus der Ak in meinem Mutter Zimmer funktioniert nicht gut. Ich würde gern dieses Hotel noch einmal betrachten, da es perfekt für Budget Traveller wie ich ist. blieb für 9 Nächte mit meinem Partner, Mutter und Schwester, und wir bezahlten nur PHP 25k für alles einschließlich ihres gezahlten Frühstücks. Ich hoffe, Sie berücksichtigen alle Punkte, die ich erwähnt habe, Sie sehen uns bald, La Carmela. :)

We stayed at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay for a week and we had such a great time there. Let's start with the positives: 1) After getting a room change, we were able to enjoy our room and the view. The cleaners did a good job cleaning up the room every day and providing whatever we needed. 2) We loved that they had so many amenities on the property. Honestly, there's so much available that you don't even need to leave the hotel. But we would recommend you get out and explore the island and support the locals. 3) The staff was very kind and respectful. Always greeting us at any time of the day. So that was lovely. 4) The breakfast was good. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the hotel. They had quite a very good variety. 5) The property is really big so thankfully there are shuttle buses that take guest from their building to the gate or wherever else you would like to go on the property. We also thought it was nice of them to provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to DMall. 6) The hotel also has a private beach, which is nice. I'd recommend wearing beach shoes in the water. My partner didn't have and he got injured in the water so be aware of that. On to the negatives: 1) Before our trip we tried contacting the hotel to ask questions multiple times and we were faced with so many challenges. We had to ask trip.com customer service to assist us and the response from the hotel would be very basic and not satisfactory. I would recommend updating your email and number because they're both incorrect, especially for first-time guests on the island of Boracay. 2) We would've booked our hotel a month in advance and would've left specific requests for our rooms so that the hotel could prepare for us, well. Once we arrived, they took us to our room and the hotel was certainly not prepared. That made us feel very ignored in terms of our requests. We had to ask for a room change, luckily we were able to get it but our 1st-day experience at the hotel was not good. 3) There is a policy for stained sheets and pillows at the hotel. But funny enough some of their sheets and pillows have stains on them! So before you sleep on the bed, take pictures of everything so that they do not accuse you. Thankfully, we did that so we weren't charged for what was already there. 4) On our checkout day, the lady at the front desk tried to have us pay for the soap dispenser that was in the room. Why would a guest take the soap dispenser 🙄😒. Luckily, I was very firm in letting her know the dispenser was in the room and we had no reason to take it. Literally, a minute later, another guest was checking out and they asked them the same question. Implying that the guest would've also taken the soap dispenser from their room. Please stop trying to get a payout from your guest. The hotel is already expensive, we paid a lot of money to stay there, so we don't need to be accused of stealing.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Schöner und sauberer Privatstrand, ohne Fremde. Kein Dreck, kein Müll. Trinken, Rauchen und Essen sind am Strand verboten. Wir schwimmen nicht im Pool, aber er sieht ganz anständig aus und es gibt dort auch viel Platz. Bei der Ankunft stießen wir auf das Problem, dass wir ein klassisches Zimmer reserviert hatten und im ersten Stock mit einem Balkon zur Wand untergebracht waren. Es fühlte sich an, als wäre man gerade im Gefängnis. Sie baten darum, die Nummer zu ändern. Sie ersetzten es nicht sofort, sondern gegen Abend des ersten Tages, da keine anderen Zimmer frei waren. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, hungrig geht garantiert niemand nach Hause. Es gibt Shuttles in die Stadt, aber Sie können auch einfach nach einem Tut-Tuk fragen, es kostet immer 300 Pesos pro Strecke. Der Preis in der Hotelbar und im Restaurant ist etwa doppelt so hoch wie am gleichen Strand in der Stadt. Die Reinigung beträgt 4, die Böden werden nicht sehr gut gewaschen und die Bettwäsche wird nur auf Anfrage gewechselt. Am letzten Tag begann das Badezimmer nach Abwasser zu riechen. Insgesamt hat uns alles gefallen. Auf jeden Fall ist das viel besser, als in der Stadt zu leben, im endlosen Trubel und Lärm. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenpflichtigen Transfer zum Flughafen.

Es gibt einen ausgewiesenen Raucherbereich und der Umweltservice ist erstklassig. Wenn Sie die Sprache bei der Bestellung nicht verstehen, können Sie sich per E-Mail an das Hotel wenden, um zu bestätigen, dass sich der Abholservice lohnt erleben. Die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind sehr sicher.
