Boracay Sands Hotel

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable even though there was a problem with their toilet the staff is very accommodating.

Location is perfect (not extremelly noisy, but easy to get to any place), the beach (straight in front of the hotel) is the best. Rooms are good. Staff is helpfull. Note: the cheapest rooms have the windows to another building).

Our family have been coming to Boracay for the last 12 years. We've stayed in many hotels from 3 star to 5star. This has been the best 2 weeks stay in Boracay at the Sands hotel or anywhere else in the Philippines for that matter. We couldn't fault a thing, the staff, the room, the manangement, the food, the location was all perfect. If you are reading any negative reviews, it is because some people just complain about everything and it's impossible to please them. If you want to experience the best holiday, best accommodation, best food, best staff and location, do yourself a favour and book in at the Boracay Sands Hotel. You won't regret a single moment. I gave 5 stars but if I can give a hundred I would. Happy hour can truly make you happy. LOL. Can really give you a trip. Bartenders and ojts are very friendly and accomodating. Drinks are fine. Place is neat and clean. It is located in station 3. Food is delicious too. Price range is affordable.

The food is well presented and delicious.. The place is very good and relaxing simply because the stuff is very accommodating especially Emil and Vince.

Everything was so smooth, from the time we landed at the Airport, we really felt taken care of by the staff of Boracay Sands Hotel. Everything was perfect, the location was nice, the amenities were on spot, and of course, the service was so good. Everyone in the hotel really were attentive to our needs. They always gave the best possible solution for our concerns in which made our stay extra special. They even greeted and sang a birthday song to my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. Everything exceeded our expectation! Kudos to Hotel Manager Carlo Borlongan, Kuya Lhoy, and the rest of the team. Job well done!

We came back to Boracay for the first time in fifteen years and had a fantastic experience. The island, itself, has gotten more developed and much too congested for our liking. There were large hotels, restaurants playing music entirely too loud and even a small mall. However, the Sands Hotel made us feel like we guests had the island all to ourselves. It is a quaint, family-friendly hotel with a stunning view, incredibly hospitable and attentive staff and all the amenities of a larger hotel. I had a different massage every day in its spa and got pampered with a poolside manicure and pedicure! I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was in spite of all the hustle and bustle outside from the other hotels. I would be remiss if I didn’t commend the new manager, Carlo. My husband and I have traveled the world and have been to countless hotels yet never have we met a manager whose sole purpose in his job is to be an experience maker. Carlo’s passion was clearly to give his guests a wonderful experience to last a lifetime. He genuinely solicited feedback from his guests to ensure their satisfaction. It was not a matter of formality, he actually acted immediately on the input whether it was a small menu change or a larger matter of service such as arranging door to door transportation back to the airport. We absolutely will stay at the Sands Hotel the next time we come to the island. Thank you, Carlo, for being an excellent experience maker!

Sewer gas comes up through the toilet plumbing in hotel rooms. Tech to stop this has been around for 100 years, ***? High end room smells like a pig farm. Beaches here were closed about 2019 for poor island sewage opetations, bacteria in beach water.

Boracay Sands doesn’t disappoint. The staffs are very accommodating. Room is being cleaned everyday. Breakfast buffet has a lot of selection. A superb beach front hotel plus the sunset view was so majestic. Worth the experience. Recommend indeed! Thanks Boracay Sands!
