Der einzige Mangel war, das das Personal noch zu grün hinter den Ohren war.
Der Rezeptionist war total aufgeregt und wollte nichts falschmachen. Das ist ja noch OK.
Die 2 jungen Ladies am Frühstücksbuffet jedoch brachten nichtmal ein "Bom Dia" heraus. Das geht gar nicht.
Es gab ein Margares Frühstücksbuffet . Bin Anbetracht von Covid-19 ist ein Buffet aber schon toll
Ansonsten gibt es in dem Hotel überhaupt nicht auszusetzen. Tolle Zimmer , klare Linie.
Jedes Zimmer ist einem Beruf gewidmet. Mein sieht es an dem Teppichboden vor der Eingangstür, und im Zimmer hängt ein Utensil das Berufes.

Angenehmes Hotel in der Nähe der U-Bahn mit schnellem Zugang zum Stadtzentrum und zum Touristenviertel. Keine Parkplätze im Hotel, aber städtische Parkplätze sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Räume sind korrekt und jedes hat eine Dekoration, die auf den Variationen der Gewerke basiert. Freundlicher Empfang. Süßes und herzhaftes Frühstück. Beliebte Gegend.

The hotel staff are great. They provided me with directions and described the history of the city. I had a gluten-free breakfast and coffee all day. The room and bathroom were big.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this great hotel in Porto! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Porto – it truly made my trip unforgettable!

The place was amazing. Everything was new. Raquel was great. I just wish the beds would of had a duvet or comforter. I'm sure we could of had them available if requested.

Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great too. Hotel lobby area was beautifully decorated.
Hotel is about 25 minutes walk to the centre of Porto and there’s not loads to do in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. But all in all, we had a very nice time and the walk was good exercise!

The hotel is new, clean and modern design. The room is very stylish and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
However it has no locked car park so I have to park my rented car near the hotel but car window were broken and belonging were stolen that brings me lots of troubles in my trip.
Anyway, it's still a good and nice hotel if you don't have car to park

Location 10min walk to the Metro (aka. Subway), and another 15min ride to downtown.
The property is very well kept, the room a tad small by european standards and very small by american ones!
Breakfast was simple with very few choices, again the seating area was crammed.
The staff was wonderful.
For a 1-2 nights stay, I would go again if the price is right.
