Nice ****** hotel. Room was cheap in mid December. I also ate at the casual sitdown restaurant/bar dinner and breakfast.. food was very good and very reasonable prices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is my go to spot when I am in the area. Monarch resort and ****** is across the street and within walking distance too..

Stay was okay, bed was very hard and the room very noisy. Lots of strange noises came through the room. Other than that it was okay place to stay.

The bed was hard and the room smell bad had to call front desk! The shower was bad too wasn’t draining fast enough to drain the water

Our room smelled like straight poop! After complaining they said there was a sewage issue on that side of the hotel. They moved us to a different room. Upon waking up to shower and get ready for the day, there was no hot water! When checking out I explained the issue and was just told “sorry our boilers are out”. Wasn’t offered any compensation for the problem as I felt we should have been reimbursed some kind of money for the horrible stay! Will not stay at this hotel again and will recommend any family or friends to stay away from this hotel in hopes they can have a better experience elsewhere.

There were absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom. None at all. There was also a very pungent smell when entering the room. We opened a window, which helped, but it was after midnight when we checked in, so nobody was at the front desk that we could speak with.
Checking in through the kiosk was easy and it printed our room number with directions on getting there. Elevators require a room key to choose a floor which is a nice security feature.
The hotel is connected to the ******s and it was easy to get back and forth between our room and the ****** floor.

We arrived rather late in the evening (midnight) we had to go to the horseshoe hotel to check in which was fine but the sign on the Lady luck desk only gave an address of where to go and not the hotel name. We had to ask. Check in was ok. We got to our room and our king sized bed only had 3 pillows on there, i called to get a few more but there was no one to bring them to us. We were too exhsusted to go back down and dealt with the 3 pillows we had. The bed was not the most comfy and the room itself was a bit dated. We did ask for a late check out and was told that it was possible but for a fee. In the morning we did not need the late check out and went to the front desk at lady luck to check out and was told that i was charged double for late check out. After some time the charges were refunded but cautious on your charges from this hotel.
