Lovely hotel in a good location Great staff and homemade cookies Comfy bed Bath and shower I didn’t get to use the pool and sauna access this time but will be back to this hotel again

위치,서비스,청결도 다 좋았다.에어컨은 없었지만 선풍기는 비치돼 있었고 대학내에 위치하고 있어서 산책하고 싶으면 대학 캠퍼스를 거닐 수 있다. 시내하고도 가깝다. 여기도 냉장고는 없다. 추천한다

My recent stay here near Birmingham Airport was exceptional. Its proximity to the airport significantly eased my travel stress, making it the perfect choice for travelers. The staff were exemplary, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and my needs were met with efficiency and a smile. The rooms were not only clean but also spacious, providing a relaxing retreat before my flight. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, exceptional service, and quality accommodation.

Had to change my room due to a problem with the generator. New room still had blue cleaning gloves on the chair and the bath had not been cleaned. Swimming pool was also closed. Reception staff v friendly but an unclean room is not a selling point

Room upgrade appreciated. Lovely, friendly lady on reception. No issue with having takeaway food in our room. Room was a good size with everything we could need. The bed (mattress) was not as good as Premier Inn or Travelodge. Would have appreciated an air flow in the room. WiFi was dreadful (as was access to my data); it kept dropping out and was slow / unresponsive. The breakfast was amazing!

Loved the ensuite bathroom and 3 course meal. Didn't enjoy the synthetic bed sheets which made me itchy (I have eczema).
