Standard Room litter bit high the rate. Jst slept 1 night it is ok.

Das ist ein neues Gebäude (M3) unter Ion Majestic. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, aber noch nicht voll eingerichtet. Der starke Geruch der Renovierung ist jedoch im gesamten Bereich bemerkbar, und das Hotellobby WC hat einen unbehaglichen Geruch. Zusätzlich ist der Wasserfluss im Zimmer WC langsam. Insgesamt ist es ein anständiges Hotel. Es gibt einen Shuttle-Busservice zum Themenpark in Stundenabständen, aber es muss für jede Reise separat reserviert und bezahlt werden. Ich schlage vor, die Rating-Rezension 5-star zu überdenken, da das Hotel noch nicht diesen Standard erfüllt.

It seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while. There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable. Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

A very beautiful hotel in a quiet and serene place. Great for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good spread for breakfast but needs improving on the coffee.One drawback is the water in the toilet. It was pretty rusty when we tried to use the jacuzzi. So we were a little disappointed.

Wenn Sie einen Ort suchen, um zu entspannen und zu kühlen, mit minimalen Ablenkungen, dann in einem Resort wie diesem passt. Nicht viele Restaurant-Optionen, aber der 7e war mit allen Kombinationen von schnellen Mahlzeiten, die Sie sich vorstellen können. Wenn Sie eine Natur wollen, dann ist der kurze Spaziergang entlang des japanischen Gartens nicht so schlecht. (Leider war das Restaurant und Tee dort geschlossen).

Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Alot of lowest rating at google i think they put alot expectations. 14 jan 25 , Tuesday is my check in date non busy date. 100% Recommended
