The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Just completed our stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana today. We had a fantastic time. The property is very nice and was a great place to spend a family vacation. The pool is great and there are plenty of bars and food options scattered around. The beach was fantastic. It got a little sea **** heavy when the wind picked up but largely was clean and beautiful. My largest critique is the food options. I suppose it is what one might expect from an all inclusive. The buffet was decent and you could usually find options there. The steakhouse was by far our family favorite. The Italian and sushi left much to be desired. There were not available reservations at the French place and the only Japanese reservation was at 9:00 pm which didn’t work for our family. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and always helpful, pool clean, beach beautiful, but, as mentioned, we were underwhelmed with the food options.

The service was fantastic and property was older but well maintained. We did the adults only and it was nice and quiet the beach was nice but constantly bothered about buying things.

Don’t come during March. Somehow they managed to overbook the club side. We were offered a room on the general side, with a small credit, would have been find if there were kids being loud all night, and the facilities over here being terrible. Our friends are in the club side and we toured their room, things look very good, new. Family side is rundown, lights don’t work, fan is about to fall out of the ceiling. Not a great expierence over here
