We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

Dieses Buchte durch Booking.com und musste in bar bezahlt werden. Nicht genug Bargeld in der Hand. Luis der Eingangskonzerne half mir raus. Er bot an, auf dem Fahrrad zu fahren, was er erklärte, es wird sicherer mit ihm um. Danke für das. Eingangskonzerne - Kredit an den jungen Kapitän, Luis. Er ist freundlich und ging extra Kilometer. 5/5 Frontdesk - Wir lieben immer die Kultur der Menschen, die hier Dienstleistungen erbringen. Wie immer sehr freundlich und freundlich. Aber sie werden besser in Standarduniform aussehen. 5/5 Zimmer 601/602 - wir haben in der Familie von 5. 2 große geräumige Zimmer mit Kindern, die aktiv umlaufen. Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden. Tassen sind nicht gereinigt. Noch verfärbt. Zimmer 602 nicht vollständig mit Tasse-Spülbeutel, Bad-Flüssigkeit oder Bar-Seife und Shampoo nicht gefüllt. Die Mattresse ist nicht komfortabel, da ich den Frühling fühle. Das heiße Wasser funktioniert nicht. Need to focus on essentials. 2/5 Frühstück - nicht viel Variation für Budget Hotel. Denken Sie gut genug. Für Familie mit Kindern würde ich gern Getreide für Kinder Frühstück sehen. 3/5 Checkout - Es war angenehm, als wir während des Urlaubs von SG reisen. Sie haben Taxi-Standardrate, so dass Sie sich nicht um reisen müssen. 4/5 Lage - sehr nahe zu Pubs und Geschäften. 5/5. Wanderweite von 15-30mins nach Nagoya Hill Mall. In dieses Hotel am abt 8 oder 9pm geprüft, weil wir das Hotel nicht standen konnten, das wir früher geprüft haben. Es war so froh, dass wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein schönes Deluxe-Zimmer für uns hatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Die Rezeption hat sogar meine letzte Minute Anfrage für eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für meine Hubby um Mitternacht gegessen. Sie waren so nett!! Sie haben einen Chokolava-Kage mit einer Geburtstagskühle und einen Happy Birthday Wunsch auf der Platte zubereitet. Und 2 Mitarbeiter singen auch ein Happy Birthday Song. Hubby war sehr überrascht. Das Zimmer war großartig - geräumig mit Sofa und Armstühle mit schönem Möbel aussehen, das ganze Zimmer ist sehr sauber mit einem schönen Gemütlichkeit, Bad war großartig, und das Königsbett und die Kissen waren so komfortable ich hatte das beste Schlaf in vielen Monaten! Der beste Schlaf war definitiv die Highlights meines Urlaubs diese Zeit rund 🤭 Lage ist awesome, da es so nahe zum Nagoya Hill Mall, alles, was wir tun mussten, war nur die Rückseite gehen. Frühstück ist nett und füllen. Ich bin nicht wirklich ein scharfes Wasser, so voll zu sein ist gut für mich. Wir hatten auch einen großen Blick von unserem Zimmer. Es war so eine Vergnügenheit und eine Entschädigung vom schlechten Service, die wir leider von unserer früheren Buchung in einem anderen Hotel erhalten mussten. Die Zimmer sind wirklich so nett wie die Fotos, die sie hochgeladen haben. Wir haben unseren Tag hier im Grand I Hotel gemacht. Danke für das gesamte Personal, das uns während unseres Aufenthalts 28 bis 30 Jan 2023 in Zimmer 627 serviert hat. Wir sind wirklich dankbar für einen wunderbaren Urlaub und Geburtstagserfahrung hier. Wir werden sicherlich wieder hier sein, wenn wir wieder nach Batam kommen. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit!

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Ich war sehr zufrieden, in der Yello Harbour Bay zu bleiben, weil alles hier großartig war. Sehr strategische Lage und leicht zu erreichen vom Hafen oder von der Stadt selbst. Das Hotel verfügt über elektrische Fahrräder und Fahrräder zu vermieten, Spiel Auf Zimmer, Kühlplatz und andere soziale Räume. Das freundlichste ist natürlich das freundliche und sehr hilfreiche Personal.

Hotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

Ich gebe keine Bewertungen 1/5. Ich bin nur ausgelöst, wenn die Reinigung und Hygiene eine Frage ist. Dieses Hotel gab mir ein Zimmer, das ich durch einen Rauchgeräuschkorridor zu gehen musste. Als ich ins Zimmer ging, hatte ich ein Zimmer, das so viel Wortlos schüttelte wie Knoten der Genehmigung. 1) Das Toilette war nicht sauber. Es gab Form. 2) Das Zimmer musste mit einem Paket von etwas auf dem Luftkanal hängend “parfümiert” werden 3) Alle Handtücher im Zimmer wurden verfärbt. Befragt für ein neues Set und es war STIMM fett 😳. 4) Kein Shampoo als 4-Sterne-Hotel. 5) Recycled Bedroom Slippers ( von denen ich gut bin ) aber es wurde mit zweifelhaften Dingen verfärbt. 6) Zimmerbild hängt prekär über meinem Kopf. 7) Das extra Bett, das ich extra für ohne Bettrahmen gezahlt habe, kam und wurde auf dem Boden gelegt. Hauspflege sagte, es ist wie, dass 😵‍💫 Management etwas zu tun hat. Die arme Hauspflege hat eine harte Zeit von mir 🙏🏻

Ich und meine Frau buchten endlich und hatten eine Chance, im Harmoni One Hotel zu bleiben. Es war ein besetzter und besetzter Ort vor dem Ausbruch covid-19. Überleben dieses Hotel ist stolz, aber auch traurig, wenn es bezeugt, wie leer und ziemlich dieser Ort jetzt ist. Harmoni One hält immer noch Hotelzimmer für Gutes im 2. Stock. Wir haben gehört und gesehen 1-2 andere Gutes auf unserem Stock. Wir haben in Zimmer 210, Deluxe Zimmer einschließlich Frühstück geblieben. mit breitem Glasfenster, das unter Bau von Batam One Mall und Buschen der umliegenden alten Gegend steht. In 5/May/2021 für einen Ght-Stadt überprüft. Dank Frau Rita, der Front Desk Mitarbeiter, der uns bei der Eincheckung und sicherstellen, dass unsere Bedürfnisse im Zimmer erfüllt sind. Hotelgebäude ist luxuriös, in der Nähe von Lottemart und Sundanese Warung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit King-Size-Bett, Sofabett, Möbel, Minibar, Kaffee/Tee und Wasserkocher. Überraschend, ein Bad ...so hat das WC selbst fast die Hälfte der Größe des Schlafzimmers. Wir haben jedoch verstanden, dass dieses Hotel nicht neu ist, so alt Teppichgeräuche ist unvermeidlich. Internet war gut und stark. Zimmer hat Fernsehkanäle mit 40 lokalen und ausländischen Kanälen. Sie servierten das Frühstück durch das Ala-Carte-Menü für den Hauptkurs und Früchte, und lassen Brot/Toast, Saft, Kaffee/Tee-Stuhl für Selbstbedienung offen. Nasi goreng war gut und schmackvoll. Die Mitarbeiter auf der Pflicht und 1 High-Shool-Trainer sind vor Ort zur Verfügung, um zu helfen. Der Schwimmbad und Fitnesscenter im 6. Stock sind offen 9AM-6PM, aber wir haben es nicht versucht, weil dieser Platz nicht von einem Personal besucht scheint. Wir können gut schlafen im Zimmer. Danke für die Aufenthaltserfahrung in diesem Hotel und wünsche den Management und Personal, dass ihr Geist während dieser Probierungsbedingungen hoch bleibt. Gut gemacht Harmoni One Hotel !

The concierge was professional and polite. Breakfast was not that great as variety limited. Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁 Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely. However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻
