Dieses Buchte durch Booking.com und musste in bar bezahlt werden. Nicht genug Bargeld in der Hand. Luis der Eingangskonzerne half mir raus. Er bot an, auf dem Fahrrad zu fahren, was er erklärte, es wird sicherer mit ihm um. Danke für das. Eingangskonzerne - Kredit an den jungen Kapitän, Luis. Er ist freundlich und ging extra Kilometer. 5/5 Frontdesk - Wir lieben immer die Kultur der Menschen, die hier Dienstleistungen erbringen. Wie immer sehr freundlich und freundlich. Denken Sie gut genug. Für Familie mit Kindern würde ich gern Getreide für Kinder Frühstück sehen. 3/5 Checkout - Es war angenehm, als wir während des Urlaubs von SG reisen. Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

Ich war sehr zufrieden, in der Yello Harbour Bay zu bleiben, weil alles hier großartig war. Sehr strategische Lage und leicht zu erreichen vom Hafen oder von der Stadt selbst. Das Hotel verfügt über elektrische Fahrräder und Fahrräder zu vermieten, Spiel Auf Zimmer, Kühlplatz und andere soziale Räume. Das freundlichste ist natürlich das freundliche und sehr hilfreiche Personal.

Ich und meine Familie hatten die Möglichkeit, im Aston Nagoya Hotel zu bleiben. Wir haben die Kontrolle im Prozess war super schnell und schwimmelos. Wir wurden zu einem Zimmer im 13. Stock und oh Junge.. was ein schönes Zimmer. Es hat die beste Stadtblick auf den Batam, in der Nacht können wir die Beleuchtung des Batam sehen. Nahe am Lebensmittelhof und Einkaufszentrum. Alles Personal sehr guter Service von der Sicherheit, Rezeption und Restaurant-Personal. Sie haben eine sehr gute Arbeit bei der Bereitstellung eines ausgezeichneten Services gemacht. Schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, besonders danke dem Duty Manager, Herr Randi, der unseren Aufenthalt sehr erinnerelich machte. Er war sehr freundlich und auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse während des Aufenthalts aufmerksam. Er ist ein großes Vermögen für dieses Unternehmen. Er wird sicherlich wieder hier bleiben und sehr empfohlenes Hotel in Batam!

Hotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

Schöne Fitnessraum auf der Spitze. großes Bett und geräumiges Zimmer. Gegenteils ist ein Innenraum, aber es muss eine besetzte Straße überqueren. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Mini Innenraum, der nicht die Hauptstraße überqueren braucht. Breast spread betrachten große im Vergleich zu anderen Batam 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Ich gebe keine Bewertungen 1/5. Ich bin nur ausgelöst, wenn die Reinigung und Hygiene eine Frage ist. Dieses Hotel gab mir ein Zimmer, das ich durch einen Rauchgeräuschkorridor zu gehen musste. Als ich ins Zimmer ging, hatte ich ein Zimmer, das so viel Wortlos schüttelte wie Knoten der Genehmigung. 1) Das Toilette war nicht sauber. Es gab Form. 2) Das Zimmer musste mit einem Paket von etwas auf dem Luftkanal hängend “parfümiert” werden 3) Alle Handtücher im Zimmer wurden verfärbt. Befragt für ein neues Set und es war STIMM fett 😳. 4) Kein Shampoo als 4-Sterne-Hotel. 5) Recycled Bedroom Slippers ( von denen ich gut bin ) aber es wurde mit zweifelhaften Dingen verfärbt. 6) Zimmerbild hängt prekär über meinem Kopf. 7) Das extra Bett, das ich extra für ohne Bettrahmen gezahlt habe, kam und wurde auf dem Boden gelegt. Hauspflege sagte, es ist wie, dass 😵‍💫 Management etwas zu tun hat. Die arme Hauspflege hat eine harte Zeit von mir 🙏🏻

Frühstück war gut, die Sorte war am Wochenende ok, aber die Sorte musste am Wochentag verbessert werden. Wir haben für 5 Nacht am 14 - 19 Oktober geblieben und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem für Rafft, um unseren Aufenthalt mit seinem tollen Service extra angenehm zu machen. Das Hotel ist sehr strategischer im Stadtzentrum und wenn Sie zum Mall gehen oder andere Lebensmitteloptionen suchen möchten, ist es nur Spazierweiterung.
