Das Aussichtsbild war großartig, es ist die Art von Aussicht, die Sie aufwachen möchten bis jeden Morgen. Privates Pool und der Platz war insgesamt ziemlich sauber sowie. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine breite Verbreitung von Küche und Essen (meist lokales Essen aber). Der einzige Nebenteil ist die Lage und die Sicherheit. Da der Ort sehr weit von der Stadt entfernt ist, wenn Sie zu spät in der Nacht zurückgehen, ist die Straße nach Montigo super dunkel, Keine Straßenlichten überhaupt so würde ich empfehlen, früh zurückzugehen. Finden Sie einen Griff zur Stadt war immer relativ hart, dauerte eine ganze Zeit. Die Haupttür der Villa ist durchsehen und nicht wirklich sicher so einfach Ihre Schlafzimmer in der Nacht zu verriegeln :)

Batam View Beach Resort was recently refurbished, so hallways and rooms have an updated look with dark wood hues giving it a bit of modernness. The building has also been given a fresh cost of white paint, giving it a fresh feeling. The gaudy light signboard no longer adorns the main entrance. Despite the updates, the property occasionally exudes tiredness: the signage at the entrance is really dated and when we first saw it, we had some apprehension on how the experience would be (think wildness school camping). But our fears were unfounded as the entered the property: it was clean and modern enough for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. It was a refreshing welcoming from the warm weather outside. The chairs in the restaurant were tired and the chairs were sunken a little uncomfortable to sit. It would have been if they could be updated for a more comfortable experience. Now on to the food, we had lunch, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Lunch was pretty standard but nothing to shout about. There was rice, soup, noodle and other sides, fruits and desserts that while palatable, again were nothing to rave about. During lunch, the only weird encounter I had was with the chocolate jelly; chocolate does not do well in a jelly. Breakfast was buffet style. The staff at the entrance will ask for your room number before being let in for breakfast. It was a fuss free experience. The buffet breakfast had typical fare such as rice, noodles, porridge, bread, cereal and an egg station with the usual fare you see at breakfast. There’s a kelong within the property which serves up pretty decent seafood if you want something nearby and do not want to travel out. For dinner, as it was a team event, they set the area near the pool to be an open space buffet for dinner with a stage for the activities. While the experience was good and fun (food again was average), I cannot imagine the noise pollution for the other guests staying on the property. The party went on to the night at about 10pm, and I spotted a couple of guests coming out of their rooms to see what was happening. So, if you are staying here for leisure, something to take note of. They have a little pet / animal corner which I wanted to check out but had not time to do so We had a room on the second floor. The hallway was brightly lit and due to the recent refurbishment, it was a pleasant environment. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a clean room with 2 beds. There was ample of space to hang clothes and a luggage space for 2 medium luggage. The closet was open, basically just a pole above the luggage space with about 6 hangers provided. Housekeeping was good, but not excellent as there a strand of long hair in one of the pillow cases, and there was a little bit of dust on the shelves. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price. The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The elegant décor, tasteful furnishings, and attention to detail create an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Everywhere I looked, from the stylish lounge areas to the meticulously landscaped gardens, there was an air of refinement that made me feel pampered and relaxed. The room itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, it provided everything I needed for a truly rejuvenating stay. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art entertainment system and high-speed internet access, catered to my every convenience.

Very good location with wet market just next to the hotel and plenty of spa/massage nearby and walking distance to shopping malls (very near BCS mall and just 8-10 min walk to Grand Batam Mall). A2 food court is nearby too. Given its centralized location, grab to various places is fast and cheap. Definitely a plus for its location. Complimentary hotel breakfast is good thou some food is cold, they immediately heat up for you if you asked for it; there is eggs, porridge, lontong and prata station too. For the low price we paid for the room, no complaints. Family suite room is huge! For luxury spa/massage lovers, pls check out Amartha Spa & Massage located at the hotel - be pampered and you will love it! We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Neues Hotel und alles ist frisch und neu.Ich war dort am Freitagnachmittag.Hat b’fast am Samstagmorgen und beeindruckt mit den grundlegenden Varianten, da es nicht viel Gäste gab, da der Umsatz langsam ist. Aber kom Sunday and the occupation is full the reflection of b’fast buffet is slow and there is no one checking the buffet to make sure that the buffet item is full.Overall I am happy with my stay and staff are very friendly and approachable.Will definitiv zurück kommen 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My main complaint of this hotel is that there is a ”Private KTV (Level 4)” and this is served by two lobby. At the lift lobby (which has 5 lifts), out of which only 2 serves Level 4 which is literally named ”Private KTV (Level 4)”, so definitely not all guests would know of this hidden floor. Very seedy :| Next morning at the the hotel breakfast restaurant, there were a lot of ”suspicious characters”... the kind of guys you'd expect to patronise a KTV, with young pretty girls (probably ******* or hostesses) around their arms, which made the breakfast environment very uncomfortable. The food was subpar anyway, bland, tasteless and overall poor (although the food isn't the main issue). Truly don't think the hotel is family-friendly with the presence of a ”Private KTV”. I guess you get what you pay for, cheap hotel with cheap visitors. Otherwise, here's what's good about the hotel. Location was nearer to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (10-15 mins drive), and Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall (5-10 mins drive), though there's not much in the area, not even an Indomaret convenience shop. Rooms has wooden fixture which gives it a ”rustic charm” feel. Aircon is fine, the lobby is grand and alright. Service is alright I guess, nothing too outstanding, and not that bad either. Will probably only return to this hotel if I know the ”Private KTV” has been closed for good.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)
