Breakfast was very good and i enjoyed the performance by the staff. Just across to Megamall and Sederhana for good nasi padang.

Very nice breakfast and friendly service.and the location is very convenient for me to walk to the imagination ferry terminal

The hotel location is very convenient to travellers. Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff’s are friendly and accommodating. First time i saw a performance during breakfast buffet it was pleasant to see, and all the staff’s and clients were all dancing. Definitely will come again next time and will suggest to our friends😃

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good and location is superb, next to Batam Ferry Centre. Most importantly, service staff are friendly and smiley. Staff Asri stood out on my 1st day of checking into the hotel. Her service is excellent and her willingness to accommodate my request of having a room on high floor. Overall experience is favourable and will definitely come back again in my next Batam trip. Keep up the good work, team of Harris Batam Centre Hotel.

Counter staff was super friendly and helpful to all my questions. What I like most is the dance by staff during breakfast.

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Just next to Batam Ferry Terminal. Very walkable. If it rains u can ask the hotel for complimentary shuttle. U can dash across the road to Batam Mega Mall or take the bridge linking to the mall from Ferry Terminal which is open from 10am to 10pm. Grab is very affordable & from here u can go anywhere. The hotel buffet Rp.117k (without taxes) is affordable at least try it one morning. The hotel has a fully functional cafe and the lobby also serves kebab & gelato at affordable prices. All the staff are wonderful especially Alvonvo

Got a connecting room with my family for convenience, located just beside the ferry terminal and near the mega mall. Convenient to grab everywhere also.

My whole family felt so safe and comfortable staying in Harris.. All staffs are very polite and gentle.. Breakfast spread was really good.. Our luggages were well taken care of when we left them in the hands of Harris's staffs.

Hotel location is good. Service is Excellent. Staff are very friendly and nice. Room is cozy and comfy. Have a little small bolster. Love it. My nieces love the pool. Seaview nothing much thou.
