room space issmall and breakfast is not good. So so need improve. Swimming pool is too small and too shallow to swim. 看看新加坡的泳池。

The attitude of the service staff is very good. You can borrow board games to play. The swimming pool is a bit small.

Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay. the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great. Room has good sound proofing windows second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look. they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great. they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++ otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

Hotel is very good, there are lits of restaurants around, just located beside gate#3 of science park.

The room is spacious and confortable. The breakfast has a lot of choice. The staff is really kind and available. Note: Don't forget your electrical outlet adaptor if you are from a foreign country.

the hotel wifi is unstable, at night time it didn't work at all. after renovation the room power sockets placed in the wrong location and the BS type power plug cannot insert. the receptionist services is very friendly and effective but the shuttle services isn't on time as a 5* hotel, the overall services need to improve

房間乾淨整潔，客房服務禮貌客氣，room service也蠻好吃，出乎意料。房間可以連結YouTube, Netflix 這蠻好的。早餐也算好吃，會想要再次入住。

雖然入住當天熱水爐突然故障，但是團隊的服務態度佳，馬上安排另一間房間讓我做盥洗，隔天早上也馬上修好了，整理來說還真不錯，服務團隊很棒！

房間擺設還可以，但電燈的開關有點不理想，有點可惜，隔音不算好，外面關門聽得很大聲，還居然聽得見隔壁的打呼聲，有點傻眼，可能是隔局太密，老飯店翻新，但格局沒變，早餐的方面很不，電梯感覺要等比較久。
