Das Hotel ist alt und schlecht ausgestattet. Sehr schlechter Service

Das Hotel rief mich an und forderte mich auf, um 11 Uhr mittags auszuchecken, was unverschämt war! Dieser Vorfall selbst hätte dem Verbraucherverband gemeldet werden sollen, und die Rezeption hätte sich einfach bei mir entschuldigt. Ich dachte, es sei nur ein Unfall gewesen. Da ich später zu viele Sachen mitgenommen habe, habe ich viele Tage hintereinander die Bestellung aufgegeben und festgestellt, dass die Bettwäsche beim Reinigen des Zimmers nie gemacht wurde . Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich einen solchen Service erlebe, wenn ich ausgehe. Gewöhnliche Zimmer sind in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand, Wasserkocher und Badewasser sind verschüttet und die Teppiche sind fleckig. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr schlecht! Da das Paket zum Mitnehmen undicht war, bat ich die Rezeption um eine Tüte, aber die Rezeption sagte, sie hätten keine. Beim Einchecken habe ich sie deutlich darüber informiert, dass jeder eine hat. Ich habe nicht nach einer Zahnbürste oder ähnlichem gefragt Warum konnten sie mir keine Tasche geben, nachdem ich viele Tage geblieben war? Die Dame an der Rezeption verdrehte die Augen und warf mir eine Tasche zu. Ich hoffe, dass sie genauso behandelt wird, wenn sie Geld ausgibt.

Das Hotel ist schrecklich. Ich habe fast 1.000 Yuan für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt ausgegeben. Das Zimmer war extrem kalt und nicht sehr sauber. Es war eine schlechte Geschäftsreiseerfahrung.

My parents stayed here while visiting. The location is close to our apartment while being well connected to the rest of the city by the nearby line 10 Yili Station. They had breakfast every morning and enjoyed it each time.

We arrived in the evening and the lady at the reception was kind but not the old man who was working there. Great location as it's only 3minutes away from the subway station by walk. Nice breakfast too!

Great hotel. Service excellent. Great value for money Hotel. At check in gave me a lovely little welcome bag containing some little extras to make the stay pleasant. Will stay again for sure

The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. There is a park nearby and the location is moderate. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants and a big department store close to the hotel and shopping is convenient.

Comfortable

Needed a hotel for a short trip to Shanghai. Room was great. Very good location. Very near to a mall and to Line 10 subway station that could bring you to scenic places. 😊
