GGastnutzerThe spa hotel is very conveniently located. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you want to take advent of the pool, you need to go across the parking lot to their other hotel. Not very convenient. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

GGastnutzerI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGastnutzerNachdem Sie mit dem Bus von Los Angeles nach Anaheim gefahren sind, sind es vom Disneyland-Bahnhof aus etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straße war voller Menschen, die von Disney zurückkehrten, was eine fröhliche Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Hotel ist sauber und man bekommt zwei 500-ml-Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren für 2 Nächte und 3 Tage hier und bekamen zusätzliches Wasser, wenn wir darum baten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das angeschlossene Café war köstlich! Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte ich den Disney Adventure Park und das Angel Stadium! Das Stadion ist 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also habe ich einen Bus genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg wird sehr voll sein. Am letzten Tag sollte ich um 5 Uhr morgens abreisen, und als ich mich an der Rezeption erkundigte, sagten sie mir, ich solle um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken und eine Stunde in der Lobby verbringen. Die Lobby war groß und sauber, es gab also kein Problem. Uber holte mich um 17 Uhr sicher ab und wir kamen in etwa 40 Minuten am LAX an.

WWeiypDie Service-Einstellung ist gut, die Aufenthaltsverfahren sind bequem, die Lage ist bequem und der Austauschweg ist an der Stelle, obwohl er neben dem Flughafen nicht gehört hat, ist das Flugzeug nicht geräuscht. Es gibt Parkgebühren von $10 pro Nacht.

GGastnutzerSie werden kaum eine schönere Unterkunft zu diesem Preis finden. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Saubere Unterkunft. Bequeme Anbindung an Disneyland mit dem ART-Bus. Direkt nebenan befindet sich das Outlet-Center mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abends gab es Live-Musik in der Bar. Das Parken kostete 35 $ pro Nacht. Der Parkplatz war überbucht, und einige Gäste parkten, wo immer sie Platz fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen sind abgenutzt. Sie waren zwar nicht unbequem, aber man sieht ihnen ihr Alter an und sie sollten ausgetauscht werden.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist großartig, sichere Nachbarschaft. Reiset für ein Konzert im Honda Zentrum und konnte dort in 5 Minuten mit wenig Verkehr oder Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen. Hotel hat eine große Atmosphäre, möchte dort buchen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht das beste. Seitentisch hatte Pen-Töchter. Fixierung im Badezimmer wurde gebrochen. Es gab Müll in verschiedenen Bereichen von früheren Besuchern. Pee-Fliesen auf der Badezimmerwand und andere Fliesen um die Möbel.

The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. GGastnutzerDas Hotel war kurz zu Fuß zum Eingang in Disneyland und Kalifornien Abenteuer. Einchecken war sehr schnell und das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich. Parkplatz war zusätzlicher, aber nicht ein Deal-breaker, obwohl andere Hotels im Block kostenfreie Parkplätze bieten. Sie garantieren einen Platz für jedes Zimmer, so dass es hilfreich ist. Nach dem Parkplatz wurden wir von der Person kontaktiert, um unseren Truck zu einem größeren Ort zu bewegen, wo es sicherer wäre, sehr schöne Berührung! Das Zimmer war sauber und leicht zugänglich durch Treppen oder Aufzug. Der gemeinsame Raum für das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr klein, aber günstig. Keurig Typ Kaffeemacher und Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer mit einem Mini-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle alle in Betriebsordnung. Bett und Kuchen waren komfortable. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal buchen, vor allem bei der Geschwindigkeit, die wir auf Trip.
