"Abba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation.
The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset!
The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍"

MMartin VerreaultIt was my third trip with my gf to this hotel and we loved it every single time. The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind, and the cocktails are diversified and delicious
The only suggestion I could make to make the experience even better would be a nice espresso/coffee machine experience. Generally speaking, when they make a latte/capuccino or any other type of speciality coffee the foam
Is not totally adequate and the milk used is a bit too sweet for Some reason. But this is just my personal preference! :)
I would recommend this hotel to everybody that want to enjoy a quiet/romantic time with his/her partner

AAiHotel hat ihren Fehler von der von mir gebuchten Website behoben. Als wir ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass wir zusätzliche Steuern zahlen müssen und keine BKft enthalten. Aber wir zeigten ihnen die Reiseroute, die wir bezahlt hatten. Hotel ( Guillermo ) löst den Fehler für uns auf Initiative, was ein sehr guter Schachzug ist! Erlauben Sie uns, mehr in der schönen Reise zu genießen.
Die Kellner im Restaurant sind super nett und achten auf ihre Gäste, was ein Fünf-Sterne-Service ist, den wir die ganze Zeit erwartet haben. Danke Walter, der uns eine wundervolle Erfahrung gemacht hat.
Auch derjenige, der uns heute Morgen geholfen hat, Gepäck nach unten zu bringen, Axel war super detailorientiert im Service und hat unsere Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt! ! Er hat mehr verdient!
Danke für diese schönen Exp. Ihre Kollegen haben unsere Reisen einfach und angenehm gemacht!

GGastnutzerPros: very clean, staff are helpful and polite. The beach is beautiful white sand with turquoise water and palm trees for shade. There are a lot of chairs around the pools and on the beach. The room was comfy, good beds and pillows. Great shower and bathtub. The property is well kept. The are many activities, games and events organized.
CONS: The food is average, generic and limited for vegetarians. The restaurant menues are not a la carte. It’s a fixed menu. The cocktail are way too sweet , except for David, it was impossible to get a good drink. The wine is dry but no choice not even to purchased. If you like an American diet with everything sweet and you want to hand by the pool and bar, you will be happy. If you want to rest on the beach, without having vendors bug you every 5 minutes plus having to breathe cigarette smokes which is allowed all over the beach. If you like decent food and enjoy a good cocktail and wine. This place is not for you.

FFLAVIA FAZANIThe hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

Wir genossen unsere Aufenthalte in diesem sauberen, gut organisierten Resort mit geräumigen, ruhigen Zimmern (unser hatte keinen Balkon, aber es war toll). Die Minibar war ein schöner Kontakt, und das Badezimmer war ohne Spott.
Höchstwerte:
✔ Lebensmittelsorte – Mehrfache à-la-carte Restaurants (Nicht nötig für Abendessenreservierungen) und Buffets mit guten Mittagessen/Frühstücksoptionen.
✔Strand – Viel Sonnenbäder, aber keine Umberalla, so bringen Sie Ihren Sonnenschirm, obwohl Pools besetzt werden les Sonnenbäder.
✔ Zugriff auf Schwesterhotels – Party-Liebhaber können in der Nähe des Riu Tequila Clubs besuchen.
✔ Bequeme Lage – Mini-Markt über die Straße, und Playa del Carmen (5th Ave) ist nur ein 150-peso Taxi fahren entfernt.
✔ Easy airport transfer – ADO bus (250 pesos/person, 45-min Fahrt + 5-min taxi 150 pesos next to ado tourism station).
Kleine Nachteile:
✖ Keine Aufzüge – Hart für Gäste mit Mobilitätsproblemen.
✖ Unterhaltungs-Hiccups – Der Gastgeber hat manchmal vergessen, nach spanischen Ankündigungen zurück ins Englische zu wechseln.
Perfekt für: Reisende, die gute Werte, Vielfalt und Nähe zum Nachtleben von Playa wollen.

AAlisha Corine VictoriaIt was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

NNikkilaoshiFirstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.
