Familienfreundliche Hotels in Playa del Carmen

Das Hotel und die Parks sind großartig, viel Spaß, Essen und Unterhaltung. Keine Beschwerden da. Während ich dort war, bieten sie mir einige zusätzliche Aktivitäten kostenlos an, wenn ich zu einer 45min Präsentation über die Mitgliedschaft, die sie bieten, es scheint 3 oder 4 Stunden lang zu sein. Also ich mag wirklich den Ort, so dass ich für die Mitgliedschaft registriert, ich zahlte die Hälfte auf und ich hatte etwa einen Monat und eine Hälfte, um den Rest zu zahlen, wenn ich einen 5% Rabatt wollte, wenn ich nicht monatliche Zahlungen zu machen. So kommt die Zeit, um die andere Hälfte zu zahlen. So nehmen die Leute, die im Hotel arbeiten oder die Zugang zu den Mitgliedern haben, sie nehmen es und machen so, als wären sie Teil des Hotels und bieten Ihnen einen besseren Rabatt. So waren ich und viele andere betrogen. Ich habe das Hotel kontaktiert und war aus irgendeinem Grund mit der Exekutivagentur der Reservierungen nicht verbunden. Das macht mir keinen Sinn. Ich will nur, dass die Leute wissen, was passiert, wenn Sie sich entscheiden, Mitglied zu werden.

Hotel hat ihren Fehler von der von mir gebuchten Website behoben. Als wir ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass wir zusätzliche Steuern zahlen müssen und keine BKft enthalten. Aber wir zeigten ihnen die Reiseroute, die wir bezahlt hatten. Hotel ( Guillermo ) löst den Fehler für uns auf Initiative, was ein sehr guter Schachzug ist! Erlauben Sie uns, mehr in der schönen Reise zu genießen. Die Kellner im Restaurant sind super nett und achten auf ihre Gäste, was ein Fünf-Sterne-Service ist, den wir die ganze Zeit erwartet haben. Danke Walter, der uns eine wundervolle Erfahrung gemacht hat. Auch derjenige, der uns heute Morgen geholfen hat, Gepäck nach unten zu bringen, Axel war super detailorientiert im Service und hat unsere Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt! ! Er hat mehr verdient! Danke für diese schönen Exp. Ihre Kollegen haben unsere Reisen einfach und angenehm gemacht!

Wir waren zu Dritt im grand sunset princess und hatten uns ein swim up zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und sauber, als wir angekommen sind. Im Laufe des Urlaubs ist uns jedoch aufgefallen, dass die (wirklich sehr freundlichen) Reinigungskräfte täglich nur unsere Betten gemacht haben und leider sonst nix, obwohl der Boden im Zimmer im Laufe der Zeit wirklich sandig und schmutzig war. Das hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Das Essen in den All inclusive Restaurants war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und frisch- für jeden etwas dabei. Die Restaurants, für die man eine Reservierung tätigen musste, waren, bis auf das italienische 'Mamma Mia ', von Anfang an leider ausgebucht. Als Tipp: die Grand Sunset App bereits vor Ankunft oder besser vor Abreise downloaden und sofort reservieren. Das bereits erwähnte italienische Restaurant war es allerdings nicht wert. Wir hatten dort die schlechteste Pizza ever🙈 Das Personal, mit einigen wenigen Ausnahmen, war sehr unfreundlich. Dadurch, dass wir ein swim up Zimmer hatten und dies direkt über die Terrasse durch den Pool verlassen konnten, nahmen wir in der Regel keine Zimmerkarte mit. Dies führte dazu, dass jemand vom Personal unser Zimmer von innen verriegelte und wir nicht mehr reinkamen. Nach mehrfachen Telefonaten mit der Rezeption wurde uns versichert, dass sofort jemand käme und uns öffnete. Wir warteten mehrere Stunden und nichts geschah, bis wir irgendjemanden anhielten, der uns- jedoch sehr widerwillig- endlich öffnete. Nass und durchgefroren, waren wir dementsprechend sehr sauer. Alles in allem ist dieses Resort aber sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die nicht unbedingt einen ruhigen Urlaub wollen. An manchen Tagen waren selbst uns die Animationen und die Lautstärke zu viel, was aber an sich kein Problem ist, da die Anlage so groß ist und sich irgendwo ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden ließ.

The impressions side was truly a great experience, especially for couples and if you want to avoid the crowd and have a little bit more personalized service. It is a newer building and it has less rooms so even though the property may be full capacity, it won't feel so busy. The rooms are spacious and modern. Very comfortable bed with nice amenities. The food overall was ANAZING! As impressions guest you have access to all the outlets but let me save you the trouble and tell you to just enjoy the restaurants at Impressions: Cielo at the rooftop and SeaSoul at ground level by the beach. You won't have to que, wait for a table, hang around an hour by the bar nursing a drink to get dinner. Also, the food at impressions is comparatively much better. Overall the secrets side was good too, Bisous and Ember were the ones we tried but once we figured out SeaSoul, we just ended up going there night after night. No crowd. No que, grest ambiance, amazing food and the bar tender Lucio was super well-versed on his alcohol knowledge. Don't miss the freshly made breakfast tacos at SeaSoul. They are really amazing and fresh. All the staff are super helpful at the F&B outlets. Teodoro is supposedly their best restaurant and you get a meal free if you stay for 5 nights. Honestly....you are NOT missing out. It wasn't that impressive, in terms of fine dining. The food wasn't that flavourful, and the wine pairing was an experience but they weren't good. Acceptable and approachable wines. Nothing more. The disappointing points would be that I would have expected the management to differentiate the house wine lists between impressions and secrets. The house wines are pretty sub par. And the free bottle of Champagne in the room is a 375ml . It's been a while where you go to a lux hotel category and they don't give you a full bottle as a welcome. The butler service isn't really a 'butler' service at all. Just fancy a reservations interface. We didn't find them useful or proactive in any way. Also, I still don't understand why they would send the itinerary of the day towards noon when some of the activities are already finished. And that was consistently every day for 5 days. The gym is super disappointing. It is small, poorly equipped with limited weights and machines with a funny layout. If you like working out, the gym will leave you sad. They definitely saved money on the gym. As impressions guest you get free laundry service but just FYI, they say its 24hrs but it won't always be. We ended up chasing our butler to check on it after 48hrs. So if you are staying a night or two, it's a risk. The pools are great. But they don't clean it as often as you'd expect. Towards our third day we ended up noticing trash in the rooftop pool like straws, straw covers, etc etc and it stayed there forever. Otherwise it's overall a great experience. Just figure things out yourself. There is a lot to do in there but to enjoy it best would be to know what works for you and enjo

Das bbq und das japanische Restaurant am Meer sind gut, nahe dem Rest des Meeres und dem X-Park, die Chinesen sind nicht viele Asiaten, es ist relativ privat, aber es gibt drei Tage, um zu Fuß zu gehen, der Rest kann in das Cancun Hotel-Gebiet umgekehrt werden, besser für die Chinesen geeignet, warmer, es gibt hier an der Straße keine Leute, es gibt keine Straßenlampen, - Das ist nichts. 200 Dollar pro Zimmer für Urlaubsreise: nicht verwendet, getrennt

An octavio, bitte erstelle eine Checkliste für die Zimmerabnahme. Tresor ok,Balkontür schließt und abschließbar, Balkon sauber ohne Sand, Stühle auf Balkon mit Aufleger versehen, usw... JAVIER ist ein Top Barkeeper, immer freundlich und schnell zur Stelle. Christina immer nah am Kunden und hilfsbereit, so wie es sein soll. Der Frühstückraum könnte mehr Sauberkeit gebrauchen, Spiegel könnten geputzt werden und die Tische und Boden öfters mal zwischendurch. Bewertungen der Bedienungen sollten nicht durch Prosecco der geschenkt wird erkauft werden, sondern durch Leistung. Ansonsten ein klasse Hotel...Dies schrieb Helmut von Zimmer 411

This new hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to 5th Street, the beaches, and the local community. A+ for location! There is also a beautiful and expansive supermarket right under the hotel to get whatever culinary needs you require. We were upgraded to a balcony room as Bonvoy Titanium,.The price point of the Aloft was also a value, and it is a good bargain in using Marriott Bonvoy points. Javier that checked us in was lovely and gracious, and all staff were pleasant and professional. Aloft is an unusual hotel--one that wants to be a wanna-be hip W Hotel and also a Fairfield Inn for Gen Z'ers. It didn't do either very well, unfortunately. The staff wanted to do well, and perhaps there are still newly opened growing pains that will be worked out. Housekeeping was promised daily, but on 3 out of the 5 days we had to call Housekeeping after returning from the day;'s activities to service the room (which they did right away when called) but this was a big fail. The purified water dispenser in the nice gym was often empty. And generally the upkeep of the hotel is not or was not a priority. It's nice and new and ”hip looking” but metal surfaces and walls by the pool on the 4th floor are rusting already, and little bits of trash on the hallway carpeting remained for the 5 days which showed they didn't vacuum the common areas as often as should be. Room A/C and common area A./C were great! 4th floor pool has city and sea views in the distance and we could often see Cozumel and the cruise ships anchored there in the far distance on most days. I wanted the stay to be great, but it was good.

Eine super Anlage mit fantastischen Villen in einer prachtvollen Umgebung. Wir haben nach eine Yucatanrundreise einige Tage in der herrlichen Mayakoba-Anlage verbracht. Die Villen sind super, das Personal ist top ausgebildet, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück im Sands war immer ein Erlebnis und ein toller Start in den Tag. Der Beachclub ist in allen Belangen erstklassig. Was uns aber doch sehr gestört hat, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im F&B Bereich. Das Essen ist in allen Restaurants gut, aber die Preise wären auch in eine Fine-Dining Restaurant in der Schweiz deutlich überhöht. Eigentlich nebensächlich aber definitiv den Niveau des Hotels nicht entsprechend waren die Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer. Shampoo, Douche-Gel und Conditioner max Discounterniveau.

Absolutely shocking, do not stay here! The experience from start to finish WILL be a bad one. Avoid like the plague. Let’s start at the beginning…. There were two people in front of me checking in when we arrived, it took the two staff just over 30 minutes to book these customers in. The staff (Raul and Cecilia) appeared to struggle to use the IT system and could not manage to work the card machine either. They held me at the desk 20 minutes before giving up and requesting I came back later to pay….. this was no speedy process either. They also ran a seemingly archaic paper system alongside the IT setup, just to slow things down a little further. There were no towels in the room, we rang reception and asked for some - only to be told that they had ran out. We had to ***** one of the beds and use the bed sheets to dry ourselves after washing. Very late on that night we managed to get hold of a couple of towels and when we got up in the morning to shower there was no water. Now I travel plenty and understand that there can be issues with water feeds, this is exactly what the staff blamed it on. Well, until I went to the restaurant opposite and found out that they actually had water. The breakfast was appalling. I wouldn’t feed it to a pig, in fact I’m not sure that a pig would eat it. Plenty of shell in the scrambled egg though, if that’s your thing……? A small tanker came and left, the hotel then had water. I’m not sure how long it will last, only time will tell. (Edit - it ran out again the same evening). I was lucky enough to rinse the soap from my burning skin, I have attached a picture- you can see the water is selected at full flow and also the minimal volume of water coming out of the shower head. The staff appeared to be anything but bothered about all of the issues and unfortunately couldn’t care less about putting things right. On the plus side the location is ok(ish) and the room was clean…. This clean room could be fully enjoyed upon managing to open the door. The key card system seems to have a bit of an issue. You can get the lift moving after swiping your card a small number of times, getting into our room though was a different story and always took around 20 to 30 swipes. I forgot to mention the pool, sat in the shade and very dirty. Nothing like the pictures we saw. This is not a review from a disgruntled customer, I am not that person. 2 nights of shocking accomodation will not spoil my fairly lengthy trip. I would stay here again, if it were $20 a night. £320 for two nights in this place - absolute robbery! There are some outstanding Air b n b’s around here for far less dollar and in a totally different league to this hole also, do yourself a favour and book one of those instead.
