DDominicI booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them.
I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep.
Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower.
That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr neu. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über Kühlschränke, Klimaanlagen und kleine Balkone. Das WLAN ist das beste, das ich je in einem kenianischen Hotel hatte.
Das Personal begrüßt Sie herzlich bei Ankunft und Abreise. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr streng, es gibt Wachen und sogar einen Check-in. Das ist hervorragend und stellt sicher, dass niemand hereinkommt und Ärger macht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zudem sehr praktisch, sodass man sich leicht fortbewegen kann. Ein Taxi nach Chinatown kostet 200 Schilling und ins CBD 300 Schilling. Es ist ein Ort voller Vogelgezwitscher und Blumen und nicht zu laut oder geschäftig.
Der einzige Nachteil ist möglicherweise das durchschnittliche Frühstück. Für etwas über 20 Dollar gibt es außer Rührei mit Joghurt und Wurst nicht viel zu essen. Es wäre besser, zum Frühstück ein Taxi nach Chinatown zu nehmen.

YYUSUFMU5What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds.
Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。
酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Reason why you should not stay unless they could change:
1.picking up us from NBO termination to the hotel like 20mins for 5k and even no water provided when picked us， while i happened stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Mobasa only charged 3.5k with iced water and 1 hour trip.
2.the room has some smell from its new facility，very distinguish as i step in， the towel on top shelf of the shower room always has the same smell，very uncomfortable
3.what im most mad at， was someone took away our one set of brush， slipper，and the welcome chocolates. just because we dont need them for one night，i found it on the second day leaved a note with tip，someone only took the tip away but dont give me what i asked for.
4. One of The elevator has been broken since the second day and sometimes two of them, luckily I am only given room on the 3rd floor
Good thing is: the coffee is kinda okay and the table in the room is kinda remarkable

Das Essen war außergewöhnlichvor allem die Lammschlachten, einige der besten, die ich je hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine breite Palette und war noch wunderschöner an der Poolseite, mit einem coolen Brise und weichen Hintergrundmusik. Sicherheit ist modern und beruhigend, und mein Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Westlands. Insgesamt würde ich diesen Ort mit Sicherheit empfehlen.

GGastnutzerI stayed at this camp expecting an adventurous experience, but it did not quite meet my expectations. The price was very high for what you get—essentially just a tent with a toilet quite far away (try walking at 3 am under umbrella to the toilet with +14C). While the adventure aspect is there, it felt like overpaying, especially considering the costs for similar accommodations in this country.
On the positive side, the bed was really comfortable, and the tent was cozy, which made for a good night’s sleep. The territory of the camp was nice, and breakfast was excellent, adding some value to the stay.
Overall, I have mixed feelings. I liked some parts of the experience, mainly the cozy sleep and the breakfast, but I would not come back or pay this amount of money again. For the price, it is not worth it in this destination.

GGastnutzerDer Service ist heiß und detailliert, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Umgebung im Hof ist sehr gut. Besonders, am 5. Juli um 5 Uhr morgens verlassen, ich wollte nicht Frühstück essen, aber nachdem der Rezeptor-Dienstler es wusste, hat er das Restaurant noch vorläufig angekündigt, das Frühstück zu bereiten und zu verpacken. Es ist sehr bewegt und besonders dankbar.

JJIANDas Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Nairobi und die Umgebung ist gut. Dahinter befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum, im Hotel befindet sich auch ein Einkaufszentrum, das Einkaufen ist sehr praktisch. Das Hotel nimmt eine große Fläche mit großen Grünflächen ein, und es gibt Wasser und Kurven und Wendungen, was in der Tat ein wahres Parkhotel ist. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch für Selbstfahrer. Viele der Schwimmbäder sind für Eltern und Kinder geeignet. Es gibt viele Restaurants, in denen Sie die Küche verschiedener Länder probieren können. Als erster oder letzter Halt in Kenia zu sein, bietet Ihnen ein angenehmes Erlebnis.
