SShatha Al-HmoudEs war mein erster Besuch in diesem Hotel in Kairo und es war ein fantastischer! Die Lage ist praktisch, in der Nähe des Flughafens und abseits des geschäftigen Viertels, und dennoch kann man sich aufgrund der zentralen Lage leicht in der Stadt bewegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind 20 Autominuten entfernt, und diese Zeit ist in Kairo aufgrund des starken Verkehrs in der Umgebung ganz normal ...
Das Personal war super, der Service war mehr als fantastisch, die Frühstücksauswahl war super und sehr lecker, der Pool ist sauber und das Personal war super freundlich und sie sind immer auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle großartig! Ehrlich gesagt kann ich keinen Fehler bei ihrem Service finden ... alle waren fröhlich, lächelten und waren super hilfsbereit! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen! Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und dass der Service weiterhin fantastisch bleibt!

GGastnutzerIch genossen meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren gut. Das Frühstück war ok, genug, um Sie für den Tag zu setzen und der Fitnessraum war besonders gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Meine einzige Beschwerde ist die über die Klimaanlage. Mein Zimmer war immer sehr heiß und als ich fragte, warum die AC nicht das Zimmer kühlen konnte, sagten sie mir, dass im Winter keine kalten Optionen auf den ACs. Mein Zimmer war etwa 28 Grad und das Personal schlug vor, die Fanfunktion zu nutzen, aber das nur noch mehr heiße Luft in das Zimmer. Es war kühler im Korridor als mein Zimmer. Ich hoffe, dass sie diese Politik neu überdenken können, da ich nicht viel Schlaf in meiner letzten Nacht, da das Zimmer zu heiß war (auch mit dem Fenster offen)

Es ist eine tolle Option für Betriebsausflüge, preiswert und sehr zentrumsnah. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, und auch die U-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen.
Ausstattung: Relativ neu. Ziemlich gut.
Sauberkeit: Sauber und neu. Ausgezeichnet.
Ambiente: Typisch für ein Budgethotel, nicht schlecht.
Service: Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und sprach Englisch. Sehr gut.
