JJL TravelsOur stay at the villa was absolutely flawless. The moment we made the booking, the service desk was extremely responsive, addressing all our queries via WeChat. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by two staff members who waited patiently for us despite the chilly breeze. They efficiently took care of our luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The rooms offered breathtaking views and a refreshing breeze, further enhanced by the delightful welcome tea break snacks. The rooms were well-equipped with essential amenities, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a projector that allowed us to enjoy a fun karaoke session. To top it all off, the staff even prepared an early breakfast for us, which was truly appreciated.

Dez, gefolgt Feuerwerke aus dem Zimmer. großes Bad für das Socken, welches beliebt mit Kindern. Das Bad dieses Zimmers ist außerhalb des Zimmers mit offenem Balkon. Projektion TV sehr groß mit AI-Funktion. Matrix ist Seallich so sehr komfortable große Betten. beide 1.8m breit. gute Größe für Familie von 4 . gute Frühstücksauswahl auf 3 Nächte wir verblieben. Buffet-Stil, der Kinder lieben. Hotelpersonal sehr hilfreich, waschen von der Maschine zu holen (freie Verwendung) wenn wir aus der Sicht - Personal hat sogar die Initiative, Trocknungsminuten hinzufügen, wenn dies geprüft wird Unsere Kleidung ist noch nicht trocknet, bevor sie rausgenommen und ins Zimmer geschickt werden. schöne Aussicht auf die alte Stadt Dali aus dem Schwesterhotel in der Nähe. Hotelbesitzer verkauft auch ermäßigte Eintrittskarten (9.9 pro Person anstelle 19.9) zu 上 Grasland. Hotelbesitzer empfahl auch den Wegpol, der erstaunlich war. GGastnutzerThis is probably one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Not only was the location amazing (the hotel overlooks the Erhai and Cangshan, making breakfasts and any meals eaten extremely picturesque and peaceful) but the staff was incredibly kind, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. On the day of our arrival, a staff came to pick us up from the taxi and carried our luggage to the hotel, making sure we wouldn't get lost. On our last day, another staff member took us to the bus station, carrying our bags and waiting until the bus came to pick us up. The hotel is located just off the main street, still next to the main shopping area, but allowing for a more quiet and peaceful environment. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the furniture to the rooms to the plants. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful and welcoming, Cloud House! Appreciate you!!!

GGastnutzerEines meiner Lieblings-B&Bs bietet einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Flughafen an. Wir waren wirklich überrascht, dass wir den Abholservice gewählt haben und der Fahrer pünktlich ankam. Der junge Mann im Laden ergriff die Initiative, uns mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen, sobald wir aus dem Bus stiegen. Die junge Dame lud uns auch zu einem kostenlosen Nachmittagstee ein, der köstlich und exquisit war. Auch der Pu'er-Tee im Laden ist sehr duftend. Die saubere und helle Raumaufteilung ist zurückhaltend, warm und elegant, sehr hochwertig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es ist wirklich angenehm, nachts zu schlafen. Nach ein paar Tagen hier war mein Magen von den Köchen beeindruckt und das Essen, das sie kochen, ist so lecker. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Bedürfnisse oder Probleme haben, hilft Ihnen die Dame sofort bei der Lösung. Sie ist wirklich aufmerksam und aufmerksam. Ich kann nicht genug über den hervorragenden Service loben. Dieser Ort liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt und des Cangshan-Berges. Wenn Sie die Augen öffnen, ist es auch bequemer, dieses B&B zu wählen ist ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

GGastnutzerHotel Service staffs were all very welcoming and approachable from the moment we arrived until the day we depart. They had provided us with a free pick up from the Dali Railway station to the hotel and free drop off at the Dali Airport which we greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival, they assigned a personal concierge 小婷 who was very helpful and see to all our requests were attended to. We booked an MPV with driver through the hotel to take us on a day tour to Shangri-la which we had an enjoyable journey and time there. The hotel dealing with their service provider for the Car & Driver are very open and above board. We had made a mistake to make payment to the Driver at the end of the day instead of through them which may have cause them to double check us. The Front Desk Service Staff clearly explained to us and help to resolve the issue it promptly and professionally. Their breakfast provided had a very good spread and selections. They were good and nice. We had dinner at their restaurant after a tiring day out. Their restaurant Service Staffs were very nice and attentive. The food were all fresh prepared and cooked to our order. Even though there was only one cook on duty that night, the wait time wasn't too long. All the dishes were very well presented and delicious. We all had a thoroughly great and enjoyable dinner. Picking on some minor issues, we had booked 2 rooms with mountain view but allocated one with mountain view and another one with a courtyard garden view and half blocked view of the distance mountain. (Room 8106). This room somehow seem to be colder than our daughters room even though we tried adjusting the air conditioning temperature up but it just doesn't warm up enough. Overall, we had a very nice and enjoyable stay here and will definitely consider stay here again on our next visit to Dali.

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

GGastnutzerMy wife and I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel's staff, Christy and Tutti were so attentive and satisfied our every need. They arranged a free pick up for us at the train station, showed us all the room's features, made sure we had conditioner and all other toiletries, helped us book Didis to nearby attractions and arranged our laundry service - which left our clothes smelling so good. The room was amazing, with a great heating system, a smart toilet with a high-tech bidet, an enormous shower and an enormous bathtub (which overlooked the lake). The views from the room and the hotel are incredible, with mountains to the west and the lake to the east. It's location was perfect, very close to the ancient city but far enough away to be quiet at night. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it for everyone.
