"Das Habsburg Hotel in Harbin war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat von Anfang an ein europäisches Thema. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt Sie immer freundlich, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und sind sowohl Einheimischen als auch Ausländern gegenüber zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war makellos und geräumig, die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass es im Zimmer zu heiß war und die Temperaturregelung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Abgesehen davon gab es am ersten Tag der Ankunft kostenlose Snacks sowie Gutscheine, um das volle Erlebnis eines russischen High Tea sowie eines Cocktails am Abend an der Bar zu genießen. Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und ist ein erschwingliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Die Lage war perfekt, es befand sich in der Nähe der Songhua-Seilbahn, der Zhongyang-Straße, wo Sie lokales Streetfood genießen können, und in der Nähe der Sophienkathedrale. Wir haben auch das Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel genossen und der Service war fantastisch. Die Managerin Jenny war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und uns gut bedienten. Das Habsburg Hotel ist definitiv ein Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Harbin empfehlen würde."

"Das Hotel hat eine bequeme Lage in der Nähe von Zhongyang Walking Street. Kein Problem mit Taxi oder Didi-Car kommt zu dieser Lage. Wifi ist angemessen, Sie brauchen nicht eine Telefonnummer eingeben. Zimmer ist schön und geräumig. Fragen, die ich mit meinem Zimmer hatte, sind, dass jeden Tag meine Schlüsselkarte nicht funktionieren wird. Ich denke, dieses Problem passiert, wenn Reinigungspersonal Zugang zum Zimmer. Jeden Tag muss ich die Schlüsselkarte von dem Büropersonal befestigt. Auch meine Blätter wurden nie geändert oder gereinigt. In der Dusche hatte keine Klimaanlage und Körperwaschflasche war schon nahe leer. Sie sind nur eine kleine Rolle von Toilettenpapier gegeben. Zimmer war zu heiß in der Nacht, ohne die Temperatur zu ändern. Gesamterfahrung war ok"

"Ich habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet und bin normalerweise zu faul, Bewertungen zu schreiben. "We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect. "

"It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival."

"We had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..”
Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin"

QQidandanEs gibt viele Leute umgeben, aber diese Leute sind die größte, und es gibt 60 Gästezimmer. Auch sehr neue. Der Preis ist sehr teuer, aber das Zimmer ist sehr klein! Das kleinste Hotelzimmer, das ich je gehabt habe. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, der Blume ist nur ein Hauptlicht, das Zimmer ist nur ein 1 m 8 Bett und zwei kleine Bettwäsche, die Seite des Bettes ist genug, um eine Person zu bewegen, die Abstand zwischen dem Bett und der Fernsehwand kann eine kleine Gepäcktasche setzen. Das Zimmer hat keinen Tisch, keine Koffer, nicht einmal eine Kleiderschrank. Der Raum im Badezimmer ist normal, aber das Licht ist dunkel, das Gesicht ist im Spiegel vor dem Gesichtspool dunkel, kann nicht im Badezimmer gefärbt werden. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr einfach. Der gelieferte Reisefoto kann nicht spät ein Foto bekommen, und es ist nicht möglich, mit den Gästen zu kommunizieren, wann man das Foto bekommen kann, und die Gäste werden es später nochmals verfolgen. GGastnutzerFascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall.
In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room.
The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless.
In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc.
WiFi was not stable.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk.
Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me.
Highly recommended for international tourists.

PPumpkin LLove the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that
It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

DDebbie QiqiI stayed at Manxin Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an overall fantastic experience! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sofia Church, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. We booked two rooms, and both were spacious with a beautifully designed bathroom. The heated toilet seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter months.
One of the highlights was ordering food through ******* – the delivery came via a super cute delivery bot, which was a fun and unique experience! The front desk staff and housekeeping attendants were extremely warm and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel also offers a self-service laundromat, with two washers and two dryers. Although there was a bit of a wait to use them, it's great that the hotel provides this service for guests.
Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to the team at Manxin Hotel for making our visit so memorable!

丹丹尼Overall, a nice warm place to come back to after walking in the city or snowboarding all day. Ample choice for breakfast to suit all pallets. Somewhat far from the city centre but worth it if you're looking to leave the buzz at night. However, room 2106's shower could do with some maintenance, water leaks out the base. Besides that minor fault, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ein Thermalbad. Es gibt viele Pools und die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Fotografieren und Einchecken Genau richtig. Ich fühle mich schon nach dem Einweichen sehr wohl. Ich weiß nicht, wie wirksam es ist. Die Landschaft in der Nähe des Hotels ist auch gut und ich kann gehen Einkaufen, um nach dem Abendessen etwas zu essen.
