Alles war ausgezeichnet!! Abgesehen davon können wir nicht zum Strand gehen, da dort eine Baustelle ist und der Sand schwarz ist, viele Korallen und Müll. Dieses Hotel bietet nur den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand, großartige Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen. Empfohlen für Familien.

I chose this hotel because of the design and good feedback of guests. As expected, the hotel offered us a pleasant atmosphere with a quality service. I love the wooden sliding doors which hide a bathroom and balcony. The breakfast is good enough and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't use a swimming pool and rooftop bar since we spend more time for sightseeing.

The room is big. The staffs are friendly. Dispenser for drinking water is provided. Close to Ketapang Pier. Very strict procedure for security reason, especially to go to basement and room balcony. The guests have to ask the staff to get the access to basement (car park) and ask the staff to open the balcony door. We can see Bali island from the lounge and bar at the 11th floor.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

We had such a lovely experience at this resort!! The owner went out of his way to make us happy. And happy we were! It was so wonderful here. We were in paradise. What a wonderful, once in a lifetime spot. The junior suite, our terrace overlooking the ricefields, the pool. Wow! The food was fine. May be a changing day menu could add to the experience. They make good cocktails and cappucino. The only recommendation that I could make is for the Spa. This can be improved. The Balinese massage is very good. However, the masseuses were talking a lot. One time the girl that sat in the Spa reception came in to show something on her phone. She was also making calls on loudspeaker mode. This is not necessary. The curtain does not close completely. A man came in to book a message and could see us because the curtain does not close completely. That’s not very relaxt. I recommend a more complete, professional and relaxing Spa experience: less talking, a welcome drink, a food bath, ask if there are any injuries, ask if the massage is not too hard so the pressure can be adjusted, tea after the massage and more privacy for example. But besides this we found everything wonderful! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We are so happy we came here 😀.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Essen war lecker für uns. Liebe zu ihrem Singkong Goreng Menü! Das Personal war nett und unser Fahrer, der uns im Flughafen aufholte, war sehr hilfreich. Hotelumfeld bietet eine Jogging-Track und schöne Aussicht zu laufen. So lavish! Die Verbesserung, die sie tun können, ist die Bodenreinigung, um sie sauberer zu machen. Und um die Überwachung der letzten Nacht Gerichte, von denen noch am Mittag in unserer Terrasse gestapelt wurden. Als wir geblieben waren, gab es eine Renovierung, die etwas laut, nachdem wir zurück von Ijen zu Ruhe kamen. Aber der Arbeiter schloss am Abend. Insgesamt genossen wir unsere Aufenthalte und würden dort wieder bleiben, wenn wir wieder nach Ijen gehen.
