"We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) The masseuse was very skilful at finding the places where my muscles ache and massaging them with just the right amount of pressure. Extremely enjoyable. My husband found his massage very high-pressure and more of a struggle, but still enjoyable and the masseur gave advice for his posture etc too."

"If you are looking for a quieter place near Bansko, Ruskovets is a very good option. It is located in Dobrinishte, surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air. We really enjoyed the location – close enough to Bansko, but without the noise and crowds. There are also great opportunities for hiking in the Pirin Mountains. The apartment was large and comfortable, more like a small home than a hotel room. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The SPA with mineral water is a big plus, especially after a day outside. A very good choice for people who prefer relax and nature over busy resorts."

"Trinity befindet sich in einer guten Lage am Rande der alten Stadt, Pirin St. ist nur um die Ecke und alle besten Restaurants sind ein einfaches Spaziergang am Abend. Dies ist das dritte Mal, dass wir in Trinity verblieben und wir wirklich gerne das Ort. Der Pool ist riesig und es gibt einen Außensonnendeck. Das Zimmer war riesig mit einem großen Blick auf die Stadt von ihren drei Fenstern, es umfasste Tische, ein Settel und ein Kühlschrank, das war groß. Kettle auf Anfrage von dem Personal, das sehr hilfreich war. Wir waren nur Bett und Frühstück und das Frühstück variierte zwischen Buffet und Einzelperson, weil wir manchmal die einzigen Gäste über neun Tage waren. Insgesamt ist dies ein hervorragender Preis für einen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie eine gute Lage, ein schönes Zimmer und eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf in der alten Stadt wollen."

"We spend 10 days in this hotel for Christmas and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apartments. We had 1 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apartment charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apartment had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive atmosphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko."

"This shouldn’t be a 4* hotel ,we are staying as a family of 7 people in just at the time of writing this review in all inclusive basis,apparently the all inclusive works only in between the hours when the kitchen works,as an example 7-10.30am breakfast or 18.30pm-21.00pm diner,you get the cheapest stuff and you have to pay for a Coca Cola or a mineral water for an example,it’s a joke of a an all inclusive,the food is fine,the alcohol is the cheapest possible for a all inclusive(you have no choice),the night bar close down at 11pm and the night shift reception composed of old farts it’s clearly not to be there, rude old people for a 4* hotel ,not to forget,don’t ever buy a massage,the massages are done by an Ukrainian lady who clearly doesn’t know what a massage means and tries to put her fingers up in your ass,location talking it’s great and all in all this is 3* hotel"

Das Restaurant serviert auch ein Ala-Carte-Menü für Abendessen mit lokalen Gerichten anstelle von nur für britische Touristen gepflegten Menüs."

"Das Hotel war uns sehr gut gepflegt, sehr bequem und sehr gut gepflegt. Keine hesitieren, es zu empfehlen, nur nicht, wenn ich wohne, so kann ich ein Zimmer! Sie haben einen warmen, entspannten Barbereich, der perfekt für Postski, Vor-Dinner-Getränke und natürlich eine Nachtkappe ist. Dies war mein dritter und bester Aufenthalt noch. Wird nächstes Jahr wieder sein, wenn nur zu trinken der wunderschöne Wein Marin mir gab, dass ich hinter der Bar zurück. Superbe Leute, schönes Hotel und tolle Stadt."

I contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer and their response was "You must be joking if you expect free airport shuttle Come on " Whilst I wouldn't expect such an unprofessional response, more concerning, it is illegal to falsely advertise a service as part of the deal and to refuse to provide it. At the moment they are refusing to provide a refund. The screen shot of the false advertising is shown below."
