We stayed for a week and had a very nice stay in this beautiful hotel. We took a two and a half hour taxi from Sofia airport, but it was worth it, & the motorway is a dream!! We had a beautiful view from our spacious mountain view room. Very large balcony, lots of storage, very comfortable bed, & well stocked fridge, although we'd have appreciated coke zero and Bulgarian sparkling water (delicious).The bathroom was also very large, immaculate, & well stocked with complimentary toiletries. Really appreciated the turn down each evening & my birthday cards must have been noticed by the hardworking housekeepers, as I was surprised when we returned & found a beautiful & delicious birthday cake in the room. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️ It made my day! Our only issue with the room was the air conditioning which was set at 21 degrees!! That's heating, not AC. Not used to heat in England, we need to cool off quickly after a hot day. A fan in the room would have helped too. Another review erroneously described this hotel as dated. NO ! It's a traditional, Immaculate,charming hotel. The staff were lovely, polite & helpful. English wasn't widely spoken, but we were understood. Thank you for your patience . Breakfast was very good, although ordering coffee was a bit haphazard & disorganised at times. We ate twice in the only restaurant open during summer,Prima, the food was delicious and good value. The verandah was a beautiful area, we were disappointed that it closed at 7pm and sofas covered, as we'd have loved to have spent the evenings up there. Also, the drinks were never chilled enough unfortunately. The Spa, WOW!!! Stunning, absolutely loved it. Two small but perfect outside pools & a beautiful indoor one. Saunas, steam rooms, warm stone beds, perfect Best spa I've been to outside of the UK. A lovely, lovely place to spend a day - or week. Each day we were treated to cold oil infused flannels or canapes, a very nice & appreciated touch .Really enjoyed the Jacuzzis too. Theres a small children's pool & play area. The children were delightful & well behaved, so it was still a relaxing place to be after a day hiking up or down the beautiful mountain, or through the many trails in the woods. The position of this hotel is perfect for the gondola, walks & the town. It's not OUT of town as someone described, it's just up from town. It's a lovely short walk down to the beautiful quaint town, with many good traditional restaurants, bars & nice shops. Many locally made goods to buy, and delicious honey & jams. We enjoyed good food at Lovna Shresta tavern (lovely garden) & Mehana Bai Kotse tavern. Explore the beautiful back streets early morning & evening, then people watch in the town square. We booked quad bikes opposite the hotel. Wow , what a great, fun hour & a half we spent exploring the beautiful countryside around Bankso. Highly recommend. We went to the spa and it was fabulous. We had some issues with our original booking and our airport transfer and the staff were so accommodating and made some calls to get our bookings changed to an earlier time. The actual spa itself was lovely and serene. I received a back, shoulder and neck massage from Florida which was absolutely divine. She managed to locate every area of tension on my back and ironed it out. I wish I could go back to get massages from her on a regular basis! A bit pricier than other spas in the area but well worth every penny.

Aber das Zimmer war riesig, größere als die meisten Zimmer, die Sie in Bansko für den gleichen Preis finden (wir bezahlten 480 Euro für 7 Nächte (2 Personen) mit halben Tisch. Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer war auch wunderbar, wie wir die Fenster zu den Bergen, Am Morgen war es eine einzigartige Aussicht. Das Studio hat alles, was Sie für zwei Personen brauchen: Kühlschrank, Tauchschrank, Glas, Platten, Tassen usw. - Wir kamen mit unserem persönlichen Auto und das Parken ist riesig, so dass es keine Notwendigkeit, sich um das Parken zu kümmern. Es gibt auch einen (begrenzten) unterirdischen Parkplatz, wo Sie Ihr Auto parkieren können, wenn Sie den Schnee oder aus irgendeinem anderen Grund verhindern möchten. - In der Nähe des Parkplatzes gibt es einen HUGE Skiraum, um Ihre Skis und Boots zu hinterlegen. - Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Wenn Sie morgens um 7:30 Uhr gehen, wenn es öffnet, ist alles heiß, das Essen ist frisch, und viel mehr Möglichkeiten, als Sie normalerweise zum Frühstück essen würden. Der Kaffee ist aus Bönen, Orange/Apple/Cherry-Saft (nicht frisch, Das Spa ist sehr groß, sauber, wie das Loch Hotel ist. Der Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Steamath haben die richtige Temperatur, vielleicht sollte der Jacuzzi etwas heißer sein, aber es hängt von der Person ab. Sie erhalten neue Handtücher jedes Mal, wenn Sie zum Spa gehen. Badewanne und Slips sind in jedem Zimmer, das einen großen Vorteil ist. - Der Shuttlebus zum Gondola und zurück ist sehr zu gegebener Zeit, wir hatten keine Probleme, wenn wir es verwendet. Wir haben es nicht jeden Tag verwendet, weil es ziemlich besetzt war und wir mit dem Auto manchmal skiierten. - Das Internet funktioniert ziemlich gut, solange Sie nicht versuchen, Filme oder so etwas herunterzuladen. - Die Zimmerhandtücher, wo sich jeden Tag geändert und die Kleider alle 3 Tage, auch nach der zweiten Änderung, wir hätten nur eine Nacht zu bleiben. Jetzt reden wir über einige negative Aspekte, die nicht in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel sein sollten: - Zunächst, Die Heizgeräte aus dem Skiraum für Ihre Boots funktionieren nicht ......Warum würden Sie einen 100-Slot-Heizgerät machen, wenn es nicht funktioniert? Sie müssen Ihre Boots in den Raum nehmen, um sie zu erwärmen. - Der unterirdische Parkplatz ist manchmal wie eine Deposition. Alles riecht wie sie das Hotel jetzt bauen, aber ich denke, das ist kein Problem, Sie bleiben nur wie MAXIMUM 10 Minuten in der Garage. - Das Abendessen ist ziemlich nicht, was es sein sollte. Wenn Sie mittelmäßige Präferenzen haben, werden Sie immer haben Was zu essen. In den 7 Tagen, die wir dort geblieben haben, hatten wir jeden Tag etwas Neues, das ist großartig, aber das Essen ist KOLD, wirklich KOLD und ist schrecklich, nach einem Tag des Skifahrens kalte Lebensmittel zu essen. Auch gibt es NO Drinks enthalten .....as es ist in der Höhle Bansko ...mit Ausnahme von wenigen Hotels. - Einige COVID-Vorschriften werden nicht eingehalten, wie sie sollten. Ein Aufenthalt in Regnum Bansko ist definitiv wert. Das Hotel liegt im oberen Bereich der Stadt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Gondola-Station entfernt, bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt: Innen- und Außenpools, Wasserslides, Sportplätze, Whirlpool, Massagezimmer. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Dorfes Banya abhängig, wo mehrere Pools mit thermischer Wasser bei Temperaturen zwischen 28 und 39 °C kostenlos von den Hotelgästen genutzt werden können. Die Suiten sind groß genug und können Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern beherbergen. I cannot understand why this hotel is not scoring higher, we loved it! Rooms recently renovated so lovely modern interior & very clean. Comfy beds, great pool area with steam room, a few saunas and jacuzzi. Food is amazing. We stayed 4 nights on half board and never had a bad meal! The soup every night was outstanding, especially carrot & ginger on Friday night! Great choice at breakfast and love that they leave drink machines on for both meals. Usually they're turned off at dinner. Staff very attentive and fast at clearing dishes in restaurant. Also great location with ski shuttle bus to gondola free of charge or about 10 min walk.

Im Februar 2024 im MPM Sport verblieben. Zimmer, offenbar, waren vor kurzem renoviert und waren sauber und komfortabel und von einer anständigen Größe. Im Gegensatz zu unseren Freunden Zimmer, unser Zimmer (Nummer 6) hatte keine Dusche auf dem Bad, so ich bin sicher, dass Sie sich den Zustand des Bodens nach der Dusche vorstellen können. Auch die Toilette war zu nahe an das Bad, so dass das Sitze sitzen war extrem schrecklich. Wieder einmal war das nur unser Zimmer, da das Toilette in unserem Zimmer Freunde scheint dort zu sein, wo es sein sollte. Auch das Zimmer war wie ein Ofen ohne Möglichkeit, die Temperatur zu ändern. Kleiner *******, das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Sehr gute Auswahl für Frühstück. Getreide, Obst, Joghurt, Omelette, andere heiße Artikel, Toast, Brot, Hammer, Käse, etc... Es hat dort nicht zum Abendessen gegessen, so kann ich nicht auf Abendessen kommentieren. Das Boot/Skiraum basiert auf dem unteren Boden und hat direkten Zugang außerhalb. Sie können in der gleichen Weise zurückkommen, so vergiss nicht die Schlüsselkarte, um den Zugang zu ermöglichen. Das Zimmer ist buchstäblich... ein Zimmer. Es beinhaltete Racks und Schalen, aber keine sicheren Locker, die ich in anderen Hotels in anderen Resorts hatte. Ich denke, das Zimmer könnte auch mit etwas größerer gemacht werden. Der Spa war schön und entspannt nach einem Tag Ski. Der Pool war eine gute Größe und die Sauna und Dampfraum waren groß. Es gab auch ein separates Zimmer mit, was ich nur beschreibe, als hätten warme Badezimmer in. Diese waren auch sehr nett. Es gab auch ein Heißtube draußen. Erinnere dich nur an deine Schlüsselkarte, damit du wieder ins Haus kommst!! Sie haben auch Massage und Behandlungen zu einem Preis, aber ich habe nichts, so kann ich nicht kommentieren. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in einer guten Lage mit dem Hauptbereich der Bars/Restaurants einen 2-3 Minute Spaziergang bringen.

To start the hotel is good for the money and located within 5 minute walk of the gondola. The main street is v close so easy access to everything and the old town isn't too far (10min walk). Bansko has loads of places to eat drink and be merry. Plus plethora of supermarkets etc. The restaurant is nice with plenty of space and everything is modern and clean. The staff are a bit hit and miss. Some are friendly and helpful some less so which does make some interactions uncomfortable. If you book direct with the hotel and/or use thier ski equipment and thier ski passes it seems you get a better service than if you go through 3rd party operators. We stayed as a family with 2 young children and our first night the room was awful. Thankfully the manager resolved our issues and moved us to another room the next morning which we couldn't fault. The hotel web site stats fully equipped kitchen but that's not our experience. There is a kettles with cups and a hob/oven depending on your room. However with no cutlery, crockery, pots pans trays or anything at all to prepare or eat food on the kitchen is a bit of an ornament! Meals are buffet style and tasty however for little kids it's a bit fussy so we did struggle with all meals and as a result ate out more than we had wanted. Although room service food (which is extra £) was great. Burgers, chips, spaghetti etc. Drinks not included and as expected is v expensive. They don't like serving tap water as it's free but you do get 2-4 small bottles of water provided daily in the room. The pool and spa could do with a clean and the pool water by the end of the week the chlorine was so high you could feel it when you walked into the pool area. This could be easily rectified by more frequent changes of the water or water chemical maintenance. It was half term so use was heavy.
