酒店太舊，而且穿梭巴士只有外出單向，房間內浴缸洗手間都有漏水跡象，位置可以，但是穿梭巴士沒有回程。酒店早餐不是太多選擇，而且酒店太陳舊。有很多客人好似搶食咁。
員工態度幾好，但因為早機到了曼谷，想早小小取房。本來想俾附加費 半日房租，酒店強調一定要升級，第一日半日房錢，以及隨後我們住的五晚都要補回升級差價。
每天清潔房間並不是有程序的，有時候有掃地，有時候連浴缸都冇清潔， 沒有補充所有洗滌用品，
冷氣未能自動恆溫一按上20度以上好嘈.
電視機功能太差, 所有台，一係好大聲，一係就冇聲 ，仲有就是沒有一個台可以看到當地準確時間的。
穿梭巴士司機食午飯時間並不會定時定候的，其實係要客人每日去預約。還有就是我們一定要查詢問酒店職員關於所有東西 ，否則他們隨時更改穿梭巴士時間以及其他嘢都不會預先通知客人的。有一日我們想大約12點之後坐穿梭巴士先外出，但是酒店員工說到司機去食飯要差不多兩小時先返來。其實所有發生過嘅事，我去之前在香港已經電郵問過一次酒店。點知去到電郵所講的完全相反。

在泰國，非常不滿意的一個點，任何一個人，衹要知道住客名字和房號都能領取一張房卡，太危險了。這個點非常不合理。雖然在泰國很多酒店都這樣。但是前一分鐘才説了差點出事，半小時後又給一張卡給同行人，連電話確認都不打一下。酒店過道有異味，磁場不好，感覺不舒服，房間設施舊生硬，除了大，沒優點。

Strategic location right in the middle of Sathorn, a business district. There’s street food and local pizza that must try. Breakfast is not so much variety but good enough to get you going. Facilities are okay. Indoor swimming pool,gym, tennis court and spacious car park. 7/11 is next door. Close to big public parks.

The hotel is very clean and the room is huge. You get to have all amenities there, so I washed my clothes as I'm on my trip for two weeks already. I didn't take the photo of the bedroom, which is same as picture 1 of living room, and comes with a closet!

I had an amazing experience at Somerset Park Suanplu in Bangkok, staying in the 3-bedroom suite 2704. I can't praise the front desk and staff enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The suite was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail and the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff truly made this stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The rooms are very spacious. Besides the bedroom there is a small living area, a kitchen area, separated closet with ironing facilities plus a washing machine. Its like a small furnished condo with adequate utensils and amenities provided. Only issue is the bathroom is located far away from the bed so late nite visits would not be so convenient.
