There is a feeling of being treated differently. We obviously arrived at the same time, but the receptionist told the two people in front that there was a room, and they replied to me that it wasn't the 2 o'clock check-in time yet, and there was no room for now. This is what makes me most angry and disrespected.
However, It seems to have been renovated a bit, so the room facilities look new, but some facilities are broken and cannot be used too.
It was not too bad after all..

The room is really clean and tidy.
The services are also good.
The location is near some restaurants.
The downside is the noise.
The noise of the air conditioner operating is distracting.
Plus there are also noises coming from the street especially loud motorbikes.
Maybe bcoz I am on 2nd floor and the room is also on the side of the street.
I didn’t tell the manager to change the room bcoz I only stayed for 4 days and but if you stay for a long period, you have to do something about the noise.

great staff and clean, quiet rooms. there's a mall about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. it's just a few minutes walk to the mrt. you can also get the ferry at the bottom of the street.

The place wasn't difficult to find. Pretty good location if you're not looking for an accommodation in the city centre, obviously. 7 eleven is just a few steps away!
The room was spacious and clean. The window was facing another building, so no view. The building has an elevator, so there were no issues with the luggage. Haven't used room service, but it is available! Great value for the price.
