Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort Bewertungen

Die Poolsuite, die ich gebucht habe, war ziemlich gefälscht ... Ich hatte sie ursprünglich gebucht, weil ich Fotos machen wollte, aber ich fand heraus, dass sich hinter dem Pool eine große Rasenfläche aus Erde befand und sie sehr weit vom Meer entfernt war! Völlig anders, als das Bild zeigt. Das Schwimmbad im öffentlichen Bereich ist nicht schlecht. Wenn man dort schwimmen geht, bekommt man kostenlose Fruchtsnacks und der Service ist gut. Aber die Hotelangestellten scheinen ihr Restaurant nicht besonders gut zu kennen und können den Unterschied nicht erkennen, selbst wenn ich sie anhand der Bilder frage? Nachdem wir die Reservierung vorgenommen hatten, fragten wir den Kellner, wie wir dort hinkommen, aber er zeigte uns den falschen Weg, was uns vom Treppenauf- und -absteigen sehr müde machte! ! Die Professionalität muss verbessert werden… Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht gut und kostet mehr als 200 pro Person.

Obwohl der Ort etwas überfüllt ist, ist der Service gut und sauber, die Umgebung ist erstklassig, der Raum ist so groß, alle Mitarbeiter sind so enthusiastisch und das Frühstück ist so reichhaltig. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten!

Der Service war durchschnittlich, nicht enthusiastisch genug und sehr langsam. Das Restaurant hatte keine Klimaanlage, es war zu heiß und ich hatte nicht einmal Appetit zum Essen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Baustelle und tagsüber ist es sehr laut, was den Mittagsschlaf der Kinder beeinträchtigt.

Der Service und die Einrichtungen im Anantara Uluwatu entsprechen einfach nicht den Standards, die Sie von der Marke Anantara erwarten. In einem Resort nebenan wird gebaut, und sie gaben mir ein Zimmer direkt neben der Bohrung, obwohl das Hotel nicht annähernd ausgelastet war. Nur um zu erfahren, dass ihr Vorgesetzter sich weigerte, mich zu bewegen. Ich bat um Hilfe bei Restaurantbuchungen in Top-Restaurants in der Gegend, aber auch das wurde erfolglos erledigt, und nur wenige Minuten nach ihren Versuchen gelang es mir, einen Tisch im selben Restaurant zu bekommen. Das Hotel sieht ziemlich müde aus, zusammen mit dem Personal. Es gibt viele bessere Möglichkeiten in der Gegend.

A great hotel with all the necessary amenities provided in the room. You can go to the beach by the stairs provide beside the pool.

Excellent service. Daily warm smiling greetings from all the staff everytime we cross path. Some of the receptionist greets you by your first name which makes it even more personal. It was my birthday. A mini cake was send to my room. I was given a few perks such as 50% discount for the spa. There were many activities available in the hotel. Such as morning yoga, pottery which was fun, wine tasting (trying local Bali wine!) and many other activities. You can get your photos taken by a professional photographer within the hotel too. Breakfast is delicious with a wide spread of local and international options. Fresh fruits, juices and jamu available including various hot food stations. Great attention to details with the room services. Twice a day room service. - morning tidy up: daily fruits, refreshing potpourri in the bathroom, lil noted about Bali which can be used as book marks. -evening winding down: preparing the bed (removing the decorative cushions and decorative panel, folding the duvet edge for easy access to get into bed) camomile tea or hot chocolate sachet by the bedside table. They even spread out the shower floor mate for evening showers. It is otherwise folded in a fancy way. Small touches and details that make the difference! They even tidy up my cables! Good security at the main entrance. Great location. Near some of the main highlights. In the evening, live traditional music There are a few down side - it’s quite deep in from the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to get out. Bonus: the hotel provides shuttle to certain location. - many steps around the hotel (uluwatu is full of cliffs) Good exercise as the hotel feeds you well but it might not be suitable for the elders or people with mobility issues. And the access to the beach below is not available because of renovation works. It’s all good and I don’t really mind the “ downside” of the hotel as the rest of it does makes up. I will be back

The location of the hotel is amazing! Right on the Uluwatu cliff. The room was extremely spacious and the outdoor Jacuzzi is a very nice touch. The team are super friendly. Of course the hotel is not new so please do not expect brand new facilities, but do expect lots of charm.

3rd time staying at Anantara Uluwatu since 2014, and I must say Anantara never disappoints! Great hospitality from all the staff, room continues to be well maintained over the years, and breakfast spread was great too! Ocean view is exceptional as well!

Best service. The hotel staff showed us around when we arrived and gave us a very detailed introduction of the hotel. This gave us a very welcoming start. They also arranged everything perfectly without having us to worry about anything. Including the afternoon tea as we were late for it, they could still arrange it for us with a nice view of the bar. I booked Ocean view suite which was a very nice room with jacuzzi and the ocean view. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of choices. They also offered daily activity for the guests and we did ceramic making. Very fun! Its SPA was perfect. Must try! I would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

The service here is absolutely incredible. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. The view is amazing. Location is definitely secluded so once here, you’re here unless you get a cab.

Our stay at Anantara Uluwatu was absolutely fantastic. This was our third time choosing Anantara, and once again, they exceeded our expectations in terms of service and cleanliness. The staff members were friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, complete with a private pool. During our stay, we were delighted to receive complimentary photography sessions, meals, and massages. It was a truly superb welcome! However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance for some of the hotel amenities. Aside from that, everything else was perfect for our holiday.

Service was great. We were late for a spa treatment but they were kind enough to still provide the service. Would definitely come back again
