Auf keinen Fall dieses Bad besuchen. Es war dreckig und heruntergekommen. Von den vielen Rutschen ging nur eine und auch diese war mangelhaft. Unsere Jungs 9 und 11 Jahre waren sehr enttäuscht. Zudem hat man uns für die Kinder den Eintrittspreis für Erwachsene abgeknöpft. Da Children nur bis 6 Jahre gilt. Das hätte ich ja noch ertragen, wenn wenigstens das Angebot für die Kinder gepasst hätte. Auch alles andere war total heruntergekommen. Überall lose Stromkabel (zwar Strom) und kaputte Lampe. Becken dreckig und heruntergekommen.

Die Villa liegt in mitten eines Wasserparks mit Heisswasserbecken und Rutschbahnen. Trotzdem nachts ruhig.
Die Unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, das Wasser nur lauwarm, nicht heiss.
Der Service-Chef Komang äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Villen sind schön und komfortabel, müssen aber aufgrund des Klimas und der Größe des Grundstücks nur schwer gewartet werden. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt als oben beschrieben könnte das Hotel sehr gut sein. Das Einzige, was sehr falsch ist, ist, dass sie drei arme Hähne haben, die Tag und Nacht in drei winzigen Käfigen eingesperrt sind und leiden. Das ist Grausamkeit!!! Auch wenn die Leute Urlaub machen, schlafen sie gerne lange und die Röster haben uns um 5:00 Uhr geweckt. Bitte lasst sie frei!!!!!! Die Tiere gehören nicht uns!!!

1 star as we enjoyed the hot springs with my family, the kids really love it but the rest is just total disappointment, so many flies and the cleanliness is really below the standard. My honest review this place is only great to enjoy the hot springs.

Amazing place a definite must do despite a 3hr journey from Kuta! Yes 3hrs of driving mainly due to traffic, the scenery on the way to this place was amazing. We only went for the day but you can stay here at the resort, The pools were fantastic, warm and soothing. The food was exceptionally good so you can get a good feed if hungry, they also have legal Arak (personally yuk) Located between 2 volcanoes which create their own atmosphere up there, the views were breathtakingly beautiful. They have a few pools, one of which they call the Love Cave, the temperature in the water was higher than the one around near the bar area.

Our tour guide Budy Budy took us to the place. It was a great place for family. I have my mom and 2 boys in which one is 20mth old. We all had great time. Me and my husband were so relaxed in that place and enjoyed drink with view . Would recommend every one . Just a suggestion to have baby changing room in Toya would be cream on top for moms n dads ☺️

An Absolute filthy place that took almost 3hrs to get too, cost me $90, as my 6 year old daughter was classified as an adult. The place is filthy, full of flies and run down beyond anyone's expectations. Our driver recommended it, so didn't bother looking it up...Don't waste your time or money...we walked in and were out of the filthy facility within 30minutes!

We visited this place after Mt Batur as an add on perk. On entry you're wowed by the entrance. You pay before you enter. It looks very instagrammable from the outside. Upon closer inspection it is on a fish farm therefore flies are EVERYWHERE! The facilities haven't been kept well and the flies cover the food, tables and all the countertops. The changing rooms are dilapidated and are in need of renovation the slides were not working and the hot springs/ thermal pool is just a pool with a view. After paying there's no refund so don't even expect someone to listen to your complaints. The place needs a good scrub and some bleach
