Das beschriebene Hotel Tugu Canggu entspricht nicht den Bildern und den positiven Bewertungen . Ich möchte dringend aufmerksam machen dass das Hotel Tugu eine lebensbedrohende Situation für die Gäste darstellt. Die Hygiene Maßnahmen und der Zustand des Hotels sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand und unzumutbar. Es muss dringend eine Begutachtung durch eine unabhängige Behörde veranlasst werden . Das Management wurde von mir auf die desaströsen Zustand des Hotels informiert, die Bilder wurden auch an das Management weitergeleitet. Das Management hat es bestätigt akzeptiert. Der Geruch im Eingangsbereich ist modrig und verfault. In der Anlage findet sich Ratten Kot. Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe. Das Hotel von der Rückseite mit Blick in die Küche ist erschütternd. Die Gäste werden durch Upgrades zufrieden gestellt. Die schlimmste Reise Erfahrung meines Liebens. Ich bewohnte die Walter Spies Villa für einen Preis zwischen 650$-1000$ pro Nacht Sie finden das Hotel aktuell als TRAVEL+ LEISURE TRAVEL + LEISURE 2023 WORLD'S BEST AWARDS We are excited to be nominated in the internationally coveted awards. Ich bin fassungslos, dass solche Zustände in dieser Preisklasse möglich sind.

My friend and I booked the Royal Tugudom Dinner at Hotel Tugu on a whim and WOW. We were in for an absolute treat! It was such an amazing experience! First, we absolutely loved the hotels traditional Balinese design and ambience, it was stunning. This place is a gem. Second, the staff are so welcoming and the hospitality was incredible. The effort the staff and servers put into every detail made it so special and memorable for us, like adding our names to the menu and setting the dining room and table so beautifully. We feel so lucky that we got to watch the traditional Balinese dance performance as part of the dinner package! Lastly, the food was just nothing short of amazing! All of the dishes were delicious and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you to Hotel Tugu and all of the staff - hostesses, servers, dancers/performers, the chef - everyone for making it a memorable experience for us!

What a lovely stay we had at this gorgeous Balinese hotel! Beautiful architecture, wonderful staff, spacious room, yummy food (breakfast as well as dining)! Close to shops and restaurants too. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Gorgeous location, wonderful staff, all around fabulous time we had at Hotel Tugu! We loved our suite with a private pool and a koi pond running through the bathroom. Included in our stay was breakfast and fresh juices every morning. It was a great time!!

Excellent Hotel. Although everything about the hotel was exceptional. My biggest compliment is to the staff. They were genuinely lovely and so friendly. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. loved the fact the hotel was Balinese styled full of local cutrue and art. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms and service was great. Honestly could not fault it.

The location is really convenient, the cuisine is delicious, and the Japanese restaurant is also excellent. The staff is nice too. However, the water for the shower is extremely limited, and the room is leaking, also the position of the toilet in the lobby is inconvenient, and we were there for a few days when it was pouring. They also lack an umbrella. When we checked out, they gave us a souvenir. Thank you.

Went there with my husband for a anniversary vacation and it was definitely love at first sight... The service was immaculate. They greet us like a king and queen as they gave us their blessing on us. Putu was one of the server who helped us when we had dinner at iwa restaurant. Very helpful and kind. Also other staff as well! Best hotel in bali

Literally one of the besy hotel in canggu. I went here for a little getaway with my family and words cannot describe how i love the room so much!! We stayed in dedari suite. They have a private swimming pool and a sofa swing which my daughter spent hours to just lay there. Loved how cozy and comfortable the place it. Feels like home
