Booked this online and I wasn’t disappointed for the location and views. However the housekeeping service is terrible! We had to ask 3 times for towels and shower gel! We stayed 9 days in total and we’re staying in other places in between this. After being away for 48 hours we came back to a dirty room, air conditioning not working, no rubbish removed etc etc! After having to complain 3 days earlier you would imagine that the manager would check that the room has been attended to. The upstairs rooms are very very hot and you can hear everything your neighbour dies down stairs as they can also hear you. Not the best design. The pool is way too hot! The outdoor area is nice but minimum shade to enjoy. You have to ask the staff loads of times for anything including the bill before we left and then they had added on other rooms food and drinks to our bill.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! Absolutely mind blowing. I spent two nights here for my partners birthday and we were made to feel so valued from booking to leaving! The owner bent over backwards to make sure we arrived safe and even offered to organise a doctor for my partner as she had been sick travelling through Bali. Jordan and the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Absolutely delighted with the service. The room was cool and spotlessly clean. The view was breathtaking and the sound of the waves breaking was enchanting. The beds were super comfortable and we wanted for nothing. If I come back to Lembongan I would definitely stay here again! The staff brought us to our next location by scooter and showed us everything we needed too. Over the moon with the whole experience and it was so affordable too. Could not recommend a place more! Life changing thank you

The Palms was the perfect place to end off our very busy family Bali holiday. Found on a small island called Nusa Ceningan. The owners, Jay and Wayne warmly welcomed us to their little piece of heaven and they were both so helpful and accommodating. The breathtaking sunsets here are the absolute best and just perfect. There were some great facility upgrades happening which didn't bother us at all, but Jay insisted that we get breakfast on the house for any inconvenience it may have caused, but we hardly noticed it and was not inconvenient at all. Situated very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Ceningan, Secret Point, Mahana Point and Blue Lagoon which we walked to everyday. Would highly recommend The Palms Ceningan Hotel to anyone visiting Bali Ceningan. oh and the pizzas.....oh so yummy ;)

My husband and I traveled to Bali for three weeks. One of the places we stayed was The Palm Ceningan. Before we arrived, we knew it was going to be an incredible place to stay. The owner, Jay, was beyond gracious while planning our trip. When we arrived, we were greeted as if we were family. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We stayed in a cozy bungalow with a view of the ocean. The food selection was amazing and delicious. Jordan took care of arranging our tour to Nusa Penida with ease. The resort is walking distance to the most amazing places (Mahana Point, Secret Beach, and Blue Lagoon.) The Palms Ceningan is a great place to escape and relax. Thanks again to Jay and Wayne for a memorable stay! ❤️

We had such a beautiful experience at the Palms. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The views are the best on the island and super comfy day beds to watch sunsets and surf breaks. The food was tasty and cocktail’s delicious. Highly recommended this amazing resort.

If you need a place to kick back & relax this is the place. Jay & Wayne are your perfect hosts and nothing is to much. The food is varied from Indonesian to pizza home made to the good ol rissoles. Staff were awesome. Do you self a favour Go. Chris Lyn

If you want to relax, this is the place to do it. Our Aussie hosts, Jay and Wayne were amazing. The food is great, everyone smiles constantly. The drinks were endless and delicious. Going to sleep with the sound of the ocean is more relaxing than words can express. I can’t rave enough. Lots of places to explore on the island and the staff can organize anything you need, from taxis,water sports, massages, spas and even doctors if your unfortunate enough to need one. If you are after bright lights and big noise, this is not the right place for you. Put it on your bucket list and get there fast. You don’t want to miss out! Thanks again Jay, Wayne, wayan, Butu, Jordan and everyone I’ve missed in between ❤️

Great view. Very overpriced tasteless food. We paid 129,000 plus 16% for a Burrito, tiny tiny amount of tasteless ‘cheese’ on equally tasteless beans. Small can of Coke, usually 15-25,000 max was 30,000 + 16% and did not even come with a glass, let alone an iced glass. Should’ve brought our own as minimarts charge max 7,500. Cannot believe we got taken for a ride with food/price. A 129,000 meal in Bali is usually superb, 4-5 star standard. We don’t mind paying for great food but this was ridiculously overpriced. The view is great but you can experience it for free elsewhere.

We paid US $140/night and would have felt ripped off even at half the price (especially compared to our previous accommodation at Samanvaya luxury resort in Sidemen). The bathrooms smelled of sewage and had inadequate ventilation. The AC did little to countermand the heat and humidity upstairs in the bedroom. Although there was a bit of Wi-Fi in the dining area, it didn’t reach our room with any strength or consistency so we had to go down the road to another resort to get some business done. We were charged each day for a lackluster breakfast, despite being told that it was included both by our server and in the handbook in our room. The most inconvenient part was, 30 minutes after we should have been picked up to go to our ferry off the island, we realized that not only was the taxis they had scheduled late, The Palms had neglected to make our departure arrangements altogether. We scrambled to find a ride and ferry ourselves at the last moment, and, though our desired boat was already full, we booked a later one at a much lower cost than the one proposed by The Palms. Sadly, these were by far the worst 4 days of our month in Bali.
