The hotel location is so good, right in the Ubud center, walking distance to palace and monkey forest. We booked the junior suites for 2 nights. We got free breakfast and afternoon tea. Love the breakfast, buffet pastries and fruits and mains from menu, nice pool views for the restaurant and rooftop. Service is great, they have welcome drinks and the staff will bring your luggage and walk you to the room. The room is clean and spacious. There are many nice restaurants outside and 24 hours convenience store just opposite the hotel. Live music daily from cafes and pubs around. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at Donna and PASIR which are amazing, they are 4.8 above google review restaurants. Plenty of spas and massage places around. The price in Ubud are competitive then nusa dua and airport. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel in Ubud!

Nicely located in the center of ubud, next to monkey forest. Staff is helpful, amable. Rooms are big and comfortable however, the shower area was leaking water, the ceiling was not clean, room aircon was not perfectly working.
Besides, gym is not functional, almost all equipment were not functional. Pool area is nice to rest.
Overall, nice hotel for 2-3 days in ubud area

Great location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel in general seems to have fallen into disrepair (carpets, walls and just a general sad look about it). The room was a great size. The breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food was average at best!

Great location. Many nice restaurants in the area with different cuisines and vibes.
Nice staff and good breakfast selections. Also has a vegan menu which was great for me as a vegan (some hotels barely have vegetarian options or won't accommodate).
Parking availability not mentioned but we were able to park.
Given a coupon upon check-in to use at the restaurant next door as well as one for the hotel's spa.
We were upgraded to a villa because our original room wasn't available - this was nice. Room was big. However, it was close to the street and there was really loud music from some bar downstairs. Made sleeping difficult as they didn't stop until late.
Later we renewed the booking & had to move room. This time the room was quieter (normal room that we had originally requested).

Location was great, right in the centre of Ubud. Room size was generous. Breakfast was good with many choices. There was also complementary afternoon tea. On the other hand, amenities such as bedsheets, towels, etc. were a bit worn down.

We booked this very last minute and checked in the same night within 30 minutes as we changed hotel from another.
Ubud Village was amazing and we b thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
I only wish we could have stayed longer.
We will definitely come again if we are in Bali next time.

We stayed 3 nights here and we loved it. Perfect location neer markets, monkey forest, and also to restaurants.
The staff were the best! Really friendly and helpful, help us with our tours, transfer, service and recommendations.
The hotel was great, modern, big rooms and nice pool. I loved the music that was in the common places, really relaxing, nice detail. The breakfast served by the pool was delicious, you can order different things as rice, pancake and the best: avocado pesto bread (try it!)
Our room have a nice balcony but with no light since we have a wall in front, the only thing we don't like but the room was great anyway.
