What struck me most was how clean and well-kept everything was — the dome felt brand new, the bedding was crisp and fresh, and there wasn't a single detail that felt overlooked. It's rare to find a nature stay this polished; usually you trade comfort for the outdoor setting, but here we got both. The dome itself was surprisingly cozy for something so close to nature — comfortable bed, everything working perfectly, and just a genuinely relaxing space to unwind especially with the sound of the river flowing in the background. The surroundings near Mae Kampong village added to the charm, with a quiet, peaceful setting that made the whole stay feel like a proper escape. Service was attentive while still giving privacy and check-in was smooth. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-run glamping experience near Chiang Mai, I'd book this again no question. One of the best stays I've had — highly recommend.

A hidden little retreat in the middle of nature. Mii Paa Aii is the kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Tucked away among lush green forests, the setting is incredibly peaceful — no busy streets, no city noise, just trees, fresh air and the sounds of nature around you. The wooden cabin has so much character. From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by warm timber, traditional details and large windows that frame the forest like a living painting. Sitting by the window with a cup of coffee, looking out at layers upon layers of green, is honestly one of the highlights of the stay. I especially loved the little details — the bamboo blinds, wooden bathtub, rustic furnishings and the small balcony overlooking the jungle. It feels beautifully simple and authentic rather than overly polished or commercial. But the real attraction is the location. You wake up surrounded by greenery, with the forest practically at your doorstep. It feels secluded and almost like being in your own little world. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, breathe, slow down and experience the quieter side of Thailand, Mii Paa Aii is absolutely worth staying at. Come for the cabin, stay for the view, and leave wishing you had booked a few more nights.

We had an absolute wonderful stay here and couldn't have asked for a better experience as a couple. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat away from the noise, this is the place to be. It’s located just 5 km from the main hub, which gave us the absolute best of both worlds: total peace and tranquility at night, while still being a quick and easy drive to all the main attractions, restaurants, and sights during the day. What truly set this place apart, though, was the host. The owner is incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming—especially if you're traveling with furry friends! It’s rare to find places that are so genuinely pet-friendly, and our pet was made to feel just as welcome as we were. Overall, it’s fantastic value for money. Spotless, peaceful, and hosted by someone who truly cares about their guests. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip! Highly recommended!

A little corner of Japan nestled in the dense, green vegetation of northern Thailand. It was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese establishment, and I must say I was very pleased. Mit Hilfe des Gastgebers dieses Glamping-Platzes mieteten wir eine Limousine, die uns vom Flughafen Chiang Mai zu diesem Ort fuhr. Es war sehr abgelegen, und wir sind froh, dass der Gastgeber diesen Service bietet. Wir kennen die Lage genau, und das ist auch der Grund, warum wir nach unserem siebentägigen Bangkok-Trip hierhergekommen sind, um uns auszuruhen. Wir waren auch sehr überrascht von der Sauberkeit des Platzes. Es gibt keine Mücken oder andere kleine Insekten rund um den Campingplatz, worauf wir gut vorbereitet waren, aber wir sind mit der Umgebung sehr zufrieden, ohne uns darüber Sorgen machen zu müssen. Sie müssen viel Kontrolle betrieben haben, um diesen Zustand zu erreichen. Vielen Dank! Der Service ist sehr gut, sie haben ein Golfauto, das uns zum Restaurant fährt, wo wir frühstücken, mittags oder abends essen können. Zum Abendessen gibt es Pizza oder Mookata – ich schätze, jeder wird das bestellen. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Kissing Star. Am ersten Abend kauften wir uns Streetfood von MaeKampong zum Abendessen, am zweiten Abend aßen wir Mookata. Ehrlich gesagt ist das Essen dort auch nicht teuer, wir schaffen es kaum, ihr gesamtes Angebot für zwei Personen aufzuessen. Was die Ausstattung angeht, sprechen die Bilder wohl für sich. Es gibt eine Marshall-Soundbar, Netflix, YouTube usw., sodass man sich im Zimmer richtig entspannen, der Natur lauschen und fernsehen kann. Die Gastgeber sind auch über WhatsApp erreichbar. Sagen Sie ihnen einfach, wenn Sie etwas brauchen, und sie werden versuchen zu helfen. Ich liebe ihre Gastfreundschaft, selbst in einer so abgelegenen Gegend, und sie versuchen trotzdem, uns das Beste zu bieten!!!

Gute Unterkunft, komfortable, saubere, gute Matrix, separates Badezimmer, Toilette, Dusche, Frühstück ist ok. Esshaus neben dem Fluss, sehr gute Atmosphäre. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Spiegel für Frauen, um sich zu machen, kleid komfortabel. Aber ich will Schuhe im Haus zu haben, um zu fertig, weil es spät ist Kühl Wetter, Spaziergang und kühle Füße. Ein weiteres Favorit ist, dass es zehn kostenlose Trinkwasser und kalte weiche Getränke gibt. Es gibt eine Mama Cup für Hunger, um kostenlos zu essen auch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Personal ist auch wunderschön und kümmert sich gut. Ein wenig Kritik an der Lage Unterkunft neben der Straße über ist ein Fluss. Aber es gibt keinen gemeinsamen Sitz Wenn es einen sehr guten Ort gibt - OK.

I had a wonderful experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even prepared lovely souvenirs for us as a parting gift. Overall, I truly loved every moment of our visit! Highly recommended!

Nette, rustikale kleine Heimunterkunft im Herzen der Walkstraße. Zimmer war direkt entlang einer schönen kleinen Kräfte mit einem geräumigen Balkon und gut eingerichtet. Die wichtigsten Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten, sind, dass man in der Dusche eine Schleife für Toiletten (es gab keine und der Toilettenschlauch-Tank war der einzige Ort, um Dinge zu setzen), und mehr Tischraum im Zimmer selbst, um Dinge zu setzen. (Es gab viele im Balkon, aber sehr wenig im Zimmer selbst). Parkplatz ist auch begrenzt, da sie den Raum mit einem anderen Haushalten teilen und Sie nur auf der Hälfte parken können.

The place is a bit far away from restaurants and other things, but they have bikes for rent. The service was great, they are very helpful. Cleanliness can be improved, but I understand it is in a forest setting. About a kilometer or so walking distance from Yi Peng festival venue.
