Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

Останавливался в отеле 4 дня. Из плюсов: у каждой комнаты есть собственный туалет, удобное расположение и дружелюбный персонал. Цена — около 900 руб. за сутки с завтраком, что очень выгодно. Завтрак приносят (выбора нет): обычно рис с горошком и яйцом, также есть бананы, сок и можно попросить чай или кофе. Из минусов: не было горячей воды — только прохладная. Комната очень маленькая, больше подходит, чтобы просто переночевать. С кондиционером в таком пространстве может быть некомфортно. Итог: хороший бюджетный вариант на 1–2 дня, но для более длительного проживания может быть неудобно.

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel für einen frühen Abflug zum Flughafen. Es gab weniger als einen Tag, aber der Eindruck blieb der beste. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir mit dem Frühstück versetzt wurden, das wir am Tag der Abreise, am Morgen unseres Universums zum Hotel nicht benutzen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr müde nach dem Nachtwechsel und wollte nicht nach einem anderen Kaffee gehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich in allem. Way-fai ist im Hotel wie in Myanmar schwach. Der Tee im Zimmer ist nicht verfügbar, auf Ersuchen wurde Thermos mit heißem Wasser gegeben. Dusche ist normal, Zimmer ist geräumig. Es gibt einen Kaffee im Hotel, wo Sie essen oder Abendessen haben können. Preise sind mäßig. Wir sind mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden. Gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Empfehlung.

建物の外観や内装は豪華というわけではありませんが、どこも非常に清潔に保たれており快適に過ごせました。毎日丁寧に掃除をしてくださり、なんと使った食器まで綺麗に洗ってくれていたのには感動しました。 ダウンタウンからは少し距離がありますが、周辺環境がとても充実しているので全く不便はありません。 • 館内： 1階にコーヒーショップと小さな売店があり、ジムも併設されています。 • 徒歩2〜3分： スーパーと、安くて美味しい定食や点心が食べられる「TeaHouse」があります。 • 徒歩5分： 大型スーパーやレストランが立ち並ぶ通りに出られます。 部屋にはキッチンがあり簡単な自炊ができるほか、何より乾燥機付きの洗濯機が完備されているのが本当に便利でした。滞在中に洗濯機が故障するトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの方が迅速かつ適切に対処してくれたため、安心のいく対応でした。 日常生活に必要なものはすべて身近に揃うため、とてもおすすめできるホテルです。またぜひ利用したいです。

Es ist eine wahre Reise durch die Zeit, ein Zauber, der Sie zu einem Schiff aus dem Jahr 1920 führt. Mehrere originale Details, wie eine Uhr, die Minibar in einem Fass, der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, der einen Plattenspieler imitiert, alle Ledermöbel. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen, es war ohne Zweifel eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Der einzige Vorteil dieses Ortes ist die Nacht, da dort ein Nach**arkt stattfindet, der nicht so sicher zu sein scheint und einige kleine Details, wie zum Beispiel der Teppich im Zimmer, nicht gepflegt sind, obwohl sie al**odisch sind

Holly hotel is very convenient if you have to stay overnight between the Mingalar highway busstation and airport in Yangon. Hotel can arrange taxi but getting your own with Grab is cheaper. Also the restaurant on site is good for a meal but environment is not very inviting. The beds are comfortable and hot water is available 24/7. Nearby is Terminal shopping mall with Ocean supermarket . If you want to go to the city centre it will take you 45min. to an hour!

The service is good. They even pack breakfast to take it with you if you are leaving early morning. You can equest it on the night before your checkout morning. Good food and so many options to choose. For cleanliness, I would say they could put more effort into the cafeteria area at level 5. I killed one small cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom on the day of our arrival. This is nothing serious but I should mention it so that they could take good care of it for next customers who don't like any insects.
