Lovely hotel in a guite location, right beside train station so great base to explore and 1 hour from Barcelona, beautiful beach but not great for swimming or children as it has a very step shelf. More activities further long beach in Santa Suzanna which is 20 minute walk and more lively. Hotel itself was very clean lovely rooms (ours had sea view which is spectacular) small but practical. All inclusive was great, food was exceptional with great variety again though not for smaller children. I only have one complaint/issue, as we were all inclusive we paid 2 euro for a drinks card, refundable at checkout, this is guite common, however we were served drinks in plastic glasses which again is fine while by the pool but not on an evening while sitting in main bar, but staff would not provide proper glasses for us, also cocktails on the all inclusive menu are a measure of alcohol with a pre made mixer from a machine but a paying customer gets a somewhat proper cocktail, when we addressed this staff told us paying customers only get a proper cocktail and are permitted to use glass and we had not paid!! also we might drink more, now the age of our group range from 40's to 70's so by no means big drinkers. The moral of this story is and which staff didn't seem to care about was that we had indeed paid for our food and drink, we paid in advance by adding that option to our booking pre travel and this can be expensive so all customers regardless should get the same drinks in proper glasses on an evening. Most staff are lovely and friendly but like anywhere there were a few with no personalities. Would return to the area though, maybe even to the hotel!!

We are coming to the end of our stay here and cannot describe how dissapointed myself and others are with the service from the reception staff and the bar staff. On various occasions we have been made to feel belittled, whether this is due to our age (our party consists of three girls aged (18-20) or the language barrier…either way we should not be made to feel uncomfortable whilst paying so much money to stay here. The food is close to inedible, hairs found on food and poor selection. Taking drinks even water bought from outside of the hotel is “forbidden”, making this a very expensive stay as they overcharge significantly for their drinks here. Not only have we been made to feel uncomfortable during our stay but we also had sleepless nights caused by an individual knocking on our door at 3am claiming to be the reception, we didn’t answer the door so it is unknown whether it was a member of staff or somebody dangerous.

Wir kommen schon seit 8jahren hier im urlaub mit unseren Kindern und familie 3wochen aufenthalt. Gerne wieder Nechstes jahr.Lieben gruss

Zuallererst muss ich betonen, dass es schon immer mein Lieblingshotel an der Küste war. Die Reinigung ist sehr gut, und es wird mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Erwähnenswert ist, dass ich allumfassend hingegangen bin, die Barkellner waren sehr gut, vor allem ein junger Mann namens Harvey, der sehr gut war! Was das Essen betrifft, ist es offensichtlich nicht 10/10, aber für mich ist es das beste Hotelbuffet, in dem ich je war (frisch zubereitete Frühstücksnudeln sind großartig), außerdem gibt es einen Backgeschirr- und Wok-Bereich für Sie Viele Dinge wie Morgentortillas, Fleisch usw. Außer sehr freundlichen Leuten wie Mar oder Araceli kann ich im Buffetbereich keine Fehler machen. Tatsache ist, dass sie mit bestimmten Kunden manchmal sehr geduldig sind. Abschließend danke Alexis für seine Freundlichkeit und Bereitschaft, jederzeit zu helfen!

Wir waren nun zum 3. Mal im Silhouette und werden auch im nächsten Jahr wieder dort Urlaub machen. Das Hotel ist von A-Z perfekt. Wir hatten Zimmer 606 mit einem bisschen Meerblick und dem Blick über die Poolanlage. So konnten wir schon morgens auf den wunderschönen Garten und die Palmen gucken. Das Zimmer ist gut durchdacht, mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist funktional, die bodengleiche Dusche ist super. Wir haben die Außenanlage in diesem Jahr sehr genossen und natürlich besonders das beheizte Becken, was angenehme 28 Grad hatte. Die anderen Becken hatten 20 Grad, nach diesem kalten und verregneten Frühjahr in Spanien war das schon richtig gut. Es war wie immer angenehm ruhig und es waren nur wenige Gäste im Außenbereich, weil viele Gäste tagsüber Ausflüge unternehmen. Das Mittagessen an der Poolbar hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, der Thunfischsalat ist einsame Spitze. Dazu eine kühle Flasche Roséwein und eine Flasche Wasser und das alles für etwas über 20€. Die Preise sind wirklich fair. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch ausgezeichnet. Wer hier nichts findet, dem kann auch nicht mehr geholfen werden. Wir möchten ganz besonders die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Hotel erwähnen. Jeder Gast wird mit einem strahlenden Lächeln von Martina begrüßt und auf deutsch gefragt, wie es einem geht. Am Tisch bediente uns Maria immer sehr flott und freundlich, ohne dass der Teller weggezogen wurde. Aber auch alle anderen MitarbeiterInnen sind immer zuvorkommend und offen, man merkt, dass hier ein sehr gutes Team arbeitet. An der Bar wurden wir immer sehr gut von Fuensanta, Mauro oder Erik bedient. Immer ein freundliches Wort, auch hier merkt man, dass das Team von José-Maria an der Bar sehr gut harmoniert. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Monica von der Rezeption, die perfekt Deutsch spricht und alles was geht, möglich macht. Vielen, vielen Dank an alle! Ihr macht einen super Job. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Es war ein gutes Hotel, klein und ziemlich! Sehr gute persönliche. Der Besitzer spricht viele Sprachen und sehr vorsichtig mit allen seinen Kunden. Das Frühstück war schmecklich und mit vielen Optionen. Die Lage ist perfekt, 5min zum Strand, es ist nicht in einem touristischen Ort, in der Nähe einiger guter Restaurants und Geschäfte. Nächstes Mal werden wir dort wieder aufhören!

Place needs major improvements. There was no variety with the food everything was the same for every lunch and every dinner. Fizzy juice was fake & had to pay for the real stuff even though we were all inclusive. No lifeguard. No security at all gates were left unlocked everynight which was fine guests could come and go as they wanted. My issue with that was since there was no card or key given to enter the hotel there was no need for these you could just walk in which meant any stranger or someone wanting to cause harm could freely enter. Rooms were okay cleaned to satisfaction. Every room had a balcony so don’t pay extra for one. Ours was small but done fine seated two of us. “All inclusive” if you’re thinking of booking this place do NOT go all inclusive. Food is more targeted for Western European. Bland and no variety. Sometimes even inedible. Bread was rock hard most days. Don’t even get me started on the snack bar. It was open 2 hours a day with sandwiches chicken burgers and salads we had something the first day on our 7 day holiday and couldn’t go back it was horrendous: rock solid buns, ham and cheese sandwich was hard. We went back on the last day to it and it was the same items. Clearly left till eaten. Staff were friendly. Games room you had to pay euros for. Not allowed to take any drinks into restaurant even though it’s from the hotel. Weren’t allowed to take drinks up to the room even though it was a plastic cup. I truly wouldn’t recommend it wasn’t an enjoyable hotel at all. I know it’s peoples jobs and I understand that I feel bad writing this review but for most holidays are a luxury and this was expensive and I don’t want families to waste their money. This place isn’t a 3 star. 2 stars is a bit of a push. I’ll pay extra from now on to get a great hotel even though this was expensive enough.

This hotel is overrated. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. I am shocked that there are reviews here saying that this hotel is clean. We stayed here for 5 days and the maids are only changing the towels and making the beds, no cleaning the rooms and bathrooms at all . I am afraid to say that there are kitchen bugs in the bathrooms and travelling in the room at night. Absolutely disgusting ! How is this possible in a 4 star hotel ?! In fact, I don’t think there was any cleaning before we arrived , there was still hair from previous guests and bathrooms were very dirty and smelly too. It is also very outdated . The rooms are spacious but the beds are not comfortable at all. Every time you change the position in bed there is a rubbing noise. You can also hear your neighbours as the walls are very thin. The fridge in the room is very loud , and by the way is empty. There is no room service, there is not even a kettle in the room , let alone the possibility to have an instant coffee. The staff is very rude and I agree with previous reviews that they do not like English people. We were travelling with kids, we had two rooms booked and asked for a late check- out which the lady from the reception clearly seemed very upset, saying there is no way, the hotel is fully booked , no rooms available for late checkout which was clearly not the case . Food is average and always cold. Having seeing the kitchen bugs in the room, I don’t want to imagine what is happening in the kitchen. The hotel is located close to the seaside but the water is very deep as you go in and the waves are big, it is dangerous if you are travelling with the kids. Only few sun beds available. Anyway, overall , I will not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and nice holiday with kids.
