Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Die Zimmerdekoration ist relativ neu, das humanisierte Design ist gut und das Buffet ist reichhaltig und zufriedenstellend. Als ich im Hotel ankam, bekam ich eine Tasse frisch gebrühten Kaffee. Die Kellner sind nett und enthusiastisch. Ich bestellte das hainanesische Hühnchen-Reis-Mittagessen im Hotelrestaurant, aber es gab kein Abendessen, also bestellte ich etwas zum Mitnehmen, das von einem Roboter geliefert wurde. Das Hotel ist klein, liegt zur Straße und ist praktisch für Reisen.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Spielplatz der Grundschule. Tagsüber ist der Fernsehsender im Schlag. Die Sprachrohre sind begrenzt. Wenn Sie nur nachts leben können, können Sie am Tag akzeptieren, wenn Sie keine Ohren und Rücken lieben, ruhige Freunde zu wählen. Das Hotel hat keine andere Platte normal. Die Eisenschalen sind platt. Die Bergwerksbäder, die der letzten Gast hinterlassen hat, sind nicht gereinigt, es gibt keine Schlafzimmerschleifen und keine Schleifenschutzkabinen. Die Schalen können sich mit den Füßen schwaschen. Das heißt, es wurde 2021 eröffnet, es ist eigentlich eine Neuaufbauindustrie, das ist die Neubauung des Alten Hauses auf sechs Ebenen. Die Servicepersonal-Dienste sind immer noch lobenswert, werden helfen, Gepäck zu holen und so weiter

Great location with very helpful staff especially the reception desk who is very keen to help and provide info on places to eat, transportation etc. The double bedded room has curtains between the see through glass toilet and bathroom and bed area which provide some privacy compared to the Family room. Beds are very comfy and clean. One of the double bedded room had smoke smell and when we brough it to the reception desk, they were very prompt and helpful in removing the odour. Highly recommended place to stay for people who don't mind climbing stairs to their rooms.

Große Lage (auch 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt). Das Personal war hilfreich und hat unser Zimmer aktualisiert. Das Hostel ist in der Mitte der Stadt und um die Rückseite ist der Bushalte für den #3 auf/aus Touristenbus, der Sie zum Strand und Hafengebiete führt. Eine 2-Stunden-Runde, so eine schöne billige Weise ... 5CNY (haben Sie das richtige Geld) um die Gegend zu sehen. Viele Nahrungsmitteloptionen in der Gegend, aber sicher, dass Sie am Mittag essen, da die meisten Orte nicht zum Abendessen geöffnet waren.

Habe dort für eine Nacht gebucht. Es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen. Dann habe ich eine zweite Nacht in Folge gebucht. Stilvolle, saubere Zimmer und aufmerksamer Service. Ich empfehle es, wenn Sie eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs suchen.

真的是每次來了就拍照打卡，太漂亮了。滿滿細節，用心到位啊。原以為酒店地理位置太繁華會很吵，沒想到是這麼舒服，安靜，小風吹着，讓人心曠神怡。還有就是真的很私密，住着超級有安全感。大庭院包着私人小庭院，這風格也太讚了。據説房間床品是個什麼大品牌的，難怪睡的也舒服。回去要給朋友們推薦一下了，的確是與眾不同的酒店。

房間很乾凈，窗外和陽台上都能看到整個港口的海景，非常漂亮，晚上還看到了煙花，廚房裡有廚具，樓下就是超市，我們自己做飯很方便。房間管家反應很迅速，基本上有問必答，出行也很方便，門口停着很多出租車，附近還有世紀公園和雲洞圖書館，下次還會選擇！

這次跟男朋友出來玩，預訂了這家雅帆複式套房酒店，由於我們預訂時間6點入住，但有事耽誤了，工作人員還主動給我打了電話詢問，不得不誇工作人員服務周到，入住的房間乾淨明亮，設施嶄新，強烈推薦這家酒店！

The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel.
